Good to hear DW.

Sounds like the Warriors will have a fight on their hands on this season's Captain's Day...

Let's hope it's not a real fight - Bangers loves the biff!

Yeah can't say that I'd like to be on the end of one of his punches.
Personally though, I'd be more worried about the damage they do to the scoreboard!
Would be good to see Wunkar back up there this year.

Snitzel was good.
I reckon that's what SS's (actual) horse will be turned into now after that run.

One week to go.

Here's the scuttlebutt I picked up last night:

Which club has allegedly spent $40,000 on recruiting this summer?
Which heavy recruiting club has already lost one of its key recruits?
Which club has an NT connection this season?
Who is the club official who said the starting 18 at his club (a predicted big improver) will be very good this year, but will fall away after that?
Which club is in the market for a former Sunraysia medallist with a bit of height about him?
Who are the players waiting to see if another player is staying with their club before making a decision about their future?
Which Independent tall is considering returning to his RFL club?
Who is the Independent recruit rumoured to be missing the early part of the season due to a fractured league?
Which club is excited about this season, but is looking very much forward to next year and the return of a large group of former Premiership players?
Which established player is being targeted for a late season transfer to a rival RFL club?
Who is going to beat Waikerie in their 100th year?

A lot to chew over there.
The silly season's about to end, let the real thing begin eh?

1) Wrong
2) one of the teams is in your list.
3) as above, but different team.
4) Nope.
5) Really? Are we talking the same guy?
6) Apparently two players are waiting to see what a team-mate does, before deciding where they'll play.
7) Wrong.
8) I'll give you a correct for that one, it was meant to be 'leg'
9) Wrong.
10) interesting option. but not the one I'm thinking of.
11) Great answer. I'll give that as correct.

Anyway, as I said, it's all probably scuttlebutt and way off the mark. Although some isn't.
