Man vs Imp--__-- Imperials to much depth most games every player contibutes, but then on the other hand Mannum full of passion and have a mixture of old and young players. Be good to see what young players do line up this week, for both teams and how much passion these teams go out there with. Imps for me by 5-14
Jervois vs Menigie--__-- haha Upset of the year Menigie last beat 04,05,06,07 (08??) Premiers. The day will fold out great for the Bluds untill Trev Rigney rolls an ankle and has to leave the ground early in the 3rd term and Jervois fail to beat the failures.. hehe Menigie Bears will eat the Bloods up by 1-9
T-B vs Mypo --__-- Mypolonga will have a task set out for them against the squarking eagles on saturday arvo but Mypo just have to much professionlizm and the Pedler Boys will have a day they can all tell mum about. Mypo by 40-49
Ramblers BYE --__-- 2 easy weeks for the old Rambler boys it sounds like what they need after some things i heard happen lately around the club eg.. Bar, Changerooms :? , HaHa

Please people feel free to add this weeks games, this round will/could decide where teams sit in september eg, Imps Win stay with Jervois and Ramblers, Mypo might push for a top 3 if Imps fall with Fielke's Curse the finals might be holidays for the Blue Boys, Mannum if they win they will be real contenders in the finals with challenging ever team. what will happen? who will choke? imps? haha and where is the medal going this year? Ramblers, Jervois, Imps, Mannum, Mypo, Taliem should i worry about saying Menigie?? haha
Well hear is my yearly write up

Can anyone inform me why the RMFL would have the Ramblers having two byes in a row??? Is this so they are fresh coming into finals??? They have home ground advantage in the GF this year and it seems the league is trying to help them out even more making sure they are fresh coming into finals!

I know that seems to be a little contradictory but, Geniune rumour means, I'm not making it up myself, but it is doing the rounds. Not a sh!t stir I guess is a good way to explain MEX

Pantha, 2 weeks in a row off, is very unusual alright but I'm not so sure its a good thing under normal circumstances, but then you look at their next 2 matches, Tailem & Meningie & something sure smells fishy. Ideal draw!!!! this time of year

yeah it does sound dodgy doesnt it! i will have to check out imps' draw, surely its somthing similar...

as good as it would be for injuries, it would have to be pretty frustrating for performance though. playing meningie, then two byes in a row, then tailem and meningie again, it would be pretty hard to get your structure flowing.
hopefully they will be ripe for the picking come finals time

imps have just had the bye (and a bye 2 weeks previous) then play mannum away, meningie home, mypo home, meningie home then ramblers home and jervois away to finish.

well what do you know, 4 sides below the top three and 4 out 6 home games! classic RMFL

Quick question: Doing research into footy trip destinations, does the 'Bridge have what it takes for a decent footy trip?

Does the Bridgeport turn into (and i quote from their website) "A funky haven for revellers of all ages"?

Imps beat Mannum in very scrappy conditions at Mannum Oval the wind blowing a gail towards the netball courts and the easiest kicks where from 40-50. Imperials over come there bad form against mannum and win easy by 10 goals. Once again Kelvin "Imperial" Farnham made the day alot easier for imperials with giving 3 50m penaltys against mannum in the first half and he didnt like anything the mannum players where saying so he gave Imperials free kicks all day. with all the hipe of this game during the week it was really a very boring game with no atmesphere it all blew away. you could here the wistles from the netball game over the footy crowd. Imperials had a scrappy 1st quarter with the 6 goal breeze with level pegging at quarter time but then they settled in with the shocking weather and dominated the next 3 quarters stand outs where James McLaren and Daniel Girdham and Mannum very hard to pick but i would have to just pick Ben Quinn just consistent for the 4 quaters no other Mannum player would of worried Fielke today.

All hail :prayer: King 'Yodik' Rigney the great man kicked 14.5 today  what a deadset champion.

Only 20 odd more goals for the ton and a couple more votes for his mail medal charge.

Tailem bend defeated mypolonga by about 18 points a very hard fought scrappy game a great team effort some good hard footy tailem with 5 players missing from the team that shook jervois last week and three home games in a row coming up against ramblers mannum and meningie should really gurantee them a finals spot
