I got a surprise to read BMW beat Southern Flinders so easily, especially when looking at the quarter time scores where it was 6 goals to 2 the other way! 19 goals in 3/4 is a great effort, especially against Southern Flinders.
I thought Broughton might have beaten Orroroo but got that wrong too.
0 from 3 after 1 round!
Anyone see any of these games? Comments?

The mail I have is that Jamestown /Peterborough ran out of legs and Crystal Brook were the opposite - very fit apparently.
Brad-Did you watch the Brookies/James/Peter game?
Diddy or Duke, did you see the Tigers on saturday?
What about Broughton or Orroroo people? Kev Duffy, do you use a computer yet? ;)

Just meant Im not sure that Bolt is a lad anymore... Or a legend ;) Your last comment has me puzzled more than one of Bob's training drills-Are you hanging out with Charlie Sheen by any chance?

In any case, I can see where you are coming from with Tee Bag.As much as I like the man and respect him for his achievements I think its disappointing its gone this way. I heard he will try to get cleared to play in Northern Areas (again) if he he cant be cleared to Lions.

Sorry Battler, was busy clay pigeon shooting on Saturday. I was a little shocked with the result.
Plan to head out to see the tigers and Woodards hand Broughton Mundoora a touch up next week.

Young player Jon Arbon is playing at Jamestown.More than capable junior at Brighton I have been told.I never thought I would see the day an Arbon played anywhere other than Crystal Brook!

Any tips or comments regarding Rnd 2?

Orroroo host Jamestown/Peterborough - Would be a good game based on Round 1 and last years form. (I will tip J/P by 7 points)

BMW vs Crystal Brook at Melrose - Both coming into this game after first up wins. BMW had the edge last year but I never liked Booleroo much so Brooks by 18 points to go 1 game clear of the other 5 teams!

Southern Flinders travel to Port Broughton. Southern Flinders by 25 points. Are Broughton/Mundoora in the "rebuilding" phase or are they contenders. After all they did play in the Grand Final two years ago!

How did hicks go- any other recruits fire or fizz on weekend?

A number of Pirie players cleared to Southern Flinders this year to cover their "out of town" players who have left (I think Woodards is still there) and the gun Woolford. I heard Kendall and Hansen struggled first up. Will be keen to see how Fleming,Edwards and Bowden (beer grade?) go this year....and Treloar (if cleared).....and Wauchope (B grade).....Tee as well perhaps?

Hoping the Gillard National Broadband proposal extends to NAFL.
Can't wait for the Sunday Mail to read how Woodards played.
