Gregory may not end up at Lyrup after all. Dave Dolheguy is apparently wooing him to play over on the YP. A class player where ever he ends up.

I'm pretty certain Cod Master heard the same as this too ;)

Yep DW i did hear that but Lippy is pretty sure that he is going to play for Lyrup (he rang me today bragging about it as well as Sumner)
Told me will be a great forward line with himself ,Sumner , Willmont and Gregory
If Dolheguy offers him money im sure he with play over there but.

Not like Lippy to brag. Very unusual. Coming out of his shell a little. ;)

I'm surprised Lippy's not one here.
This forum would be a great outlet for him...

On topic though, if Lyrup could pick up those blokes, that would be something to brag about wouldn't it.

I wouldn't put it like that.
Lippy is many things to many people, but I don't think he's dumb.

I think the trial between Renmark and EP has been pushed back to a twilight match.

Ha ha ha nice one BD... perhaps the IB coach may want to concentrate on fuelling up the vehicle & getting the game date right before mouthing off too early on!!!

He's right about Buckers though, rumour is he retired due to the hair going all flat & lifeless on game day... should get plenty of protection from the coaches box LOL... Moral of the story is if you wanna evade early age baldness you should wear undies on your head as a youngster!!!

Looks like Waikerie could be without Jimmy Plant this season. Playing well for Sturt in their preseason trials, with coach Rick McGowan giving him a good wrap, and the forum on the sturt f.c web site equally impressed. Go to http://www.doubleblue.org/doublebluechat/fullback. Would be a huge loss for the Pies, as he was arguably their most under-rated recruit last year.
