Brianb
Honestly mate what has craig Dawe being in melb with mates got to do with him being able to coach. Quick to slam a bloke who is yet to fail in anything he has done. Yes he has a personality and yes he likes to have fun and lets just remember he isn't coaching in the AFL. I think he will have alot of respect from the core group at the tigers.

Who are Kapunda talking to for their Senior coach next year...
Still no appointment..

I believe they are chasing another senior player in the comp, yet to be mentioned on the forum.

On that, surely the Bombers have to bite the bullett soon, or it is going to be difficult for them to attract any new players!
Some clubs are apparently on a few weeks away from their first training run, could be difficult for the Bombers from here!

I am about 2 hours from wetting my beak at the alberton, ill speak to my sources and get back to you LC.

The problem Kapunda have, they are just too far away . Cost $100 in petrol just to get there and back.

Yes Waka Dawe is in the hot seat for the next few months , Gawler Central supporters are a fickle lot and if they are winning the knives should stay out of his back. If they have a poor start it could be a real baptism of fire and he would have the weight of tigerland on his shoulders.

Will be interesting to see what he can bring to the table player wise.

Its a little quiet in here, surely someone has something to report...

Anyone on Kapunda???

Bag & Sledge - How are the Magpies shaping up, any loses?

Stirlo - Has Dawe signed any recruits yet, bringing back any locals from SN?

E05 - Did South get those signatures that were reported on here?

Anyone - Can we confirm the players leaving Barossa?

Any other player movements etc.

We are hopeful Wall will stay although he may go back home to BBH. Wells has had many offers to go to SANFL also Kennedy is continuing to receive offers but we are likely he will stay. The only loss we could have is Wells.
So Tanunda 08/09 is looking yummy!!!!

Not enough coin at PHOS he is now planning on staying at Tanunda and paying off his house quicker! Back to Back maybe.
Also heard Haddin from Angaston contacting some quality recruits may be big improvers next year! Especially with Beau Byster returning to full fitness!

Kapunda are speaking to Andrew Milligan, former u18 coach at Norwood, u17 and u19 premiership coach at Westies. Also a scout for Brisbane. Very good with kids, non-playing.

cant be easy without a coach. I heard Turrell is just about a done deal to coach Eudunda. I think Brad Taylor might be getting a bit itchy as well. Need to get things sorted to settle the playing group.
