broke it at work mate i'm hope'n its not to bad if it was cricket season i could'nt care less but footy season it sucks but the other thing is its my wrist not my arm so i really dont know what to think

i'm not sure if its easy or hard mate i do know it's a pain in the ass . we start training with salisbury 2night so i'm guna go run a few laps i see the surgeon friday morning hope'n for some good news like no surgery that'd be good !

haha gino the man every other club hates i know i did when i was playing for salisbury west against salisbury he even umpired against us in a final what a joke that was . i'v heard his lad can play tho. i would'nt know i'v never seen him play.

i'm planning to run a few more than 2 mate
