Bostons lost by about 150 points...

PD kicked 7 for Mallee Park.

Interesting to see how a non-Mallee Park player is treated at the tribunal this week.

I think we're about to see the "two sets of rules" come out in all their glory... :?

Tangles, just because everyone thinks you leaked the result last year (which I know isn't true), it doesn't mean you cannot have an opinion...

From your vantage point of sitting on your knacker in the office, who do you really think is going to win???

Not intending anything personal or bagging SF, but it shows how far below the other EP leagues that Far West have fallen or have continued to slide. Considering SF played mostly reserves down here, admittedly he was in a club with reasonable depth. But from average reserves player to mail medallist who gets a mention in the record books for ever???? Would be tough for blokes like Semmler, White, Miller, Jericho to swallow.

Only two minor round games left, so what are we thinking??

Grand Finalists, eventual Premier, Medal???

For me, Mallee/Tasman GF, with Mallee winning
Muzza or MP for the medal

Tasmans for the 2's, and I'm going to put the Tiger hat on and say Watho for the medal! :D

We will play Mallee's in the GF. Unfortunately the winner may depend on the weather. If the weather continues to be crap then mallees might just sneak in, but on a fine day the roosters will give it a real shake.

Its hard to pick the MM cos i've really only seen our games. I would expect magic to poll the best for us. and the way he carries the ball from half back and kicks it deep into the fwd 50 it wouldn't surprise me if he walks away with the MM. Both games against us parks has been best for ranges so he should poll well . no-one from mallees or bostons due to ineligibility (or lack of votes). paul white always plays well and gets plenty of penetration with his disposals and dunn looks good when kicking long gls so both should poll well. Waybacks have plenty of stars however i have missed both of their games against us so i cant' really comment but you would think keatley would around the mark again.

in the 2's i reckon it will be Mallee's will win and the will either play the Roosters or Souths. Both clubs have plenty of depth and either could make it to the GF... Again the weather will play a major part in the result..

no idea about the MM for the ressies however i hope vladge scores a vote!!!

ALso i believe it should be up to the individual club as to where they want to hold the MM count. I think its great that it will be held at the lincoln.
I'm sure the food will be top notch and hopefully no technical hitches. If boston's make some extra ca$h good on them. I would rather go to the lincoln than most other clubs any day.! (although the $2 schooner's after the game are great at poole)

Dunn is the softest/laziest player in the league, but yes he does look good when HE HAS the ball, maybe twice a match. No votes in my opinion. Any of MPFC.TFC.WFC can win the flag and either Keatley/White or MAgic WILL win the MM

Would think those guys would be thinking well done. No matter what league, to win a MM means that you have had an excellent and consistent year.
Sammy is a ripper guy, and lives for his footy. Played very good footy in A and B grade for us, and played mostly A grade in our 2008 premiership year. Not just a good footballer but excellent club person to boot. Well done Bobo.

acock i believe sf played in waybacks premiership side so considering he won a premiership with a club with reasonable depth that would make him a reasonable player wouldn't it. i was just relaying the information as i received it and not forgetting this is a EP footy thread not just port lincoln.

ramblers defeat cougars

ironic to hear that ramblers supporters talking about cougars getting cocky, when the actions of one of the rambler senior players after the siren, smacks of cockiness....

I did comment that i wasn't picking on the particular player, just the standard thats all. I know SF personally and he does give his all and a great guy. I also didn't know that he played mostly A grade down here, i thought it was mainly B grade hence the comment. And he played mainly B grade for cowell when he was back there....They were the facts i based my comments on. No personal attack meant.
