Sorry B&S , the reason i missed your original question was beacuse i generally dont read your posts.

If you are looking for some information, ill spell it out for you. Taylor linked to Modbury,Jamie Scott to Smithfield,King/Wozniak to retire.

Couldn't you at least come up with a original board name , at least the guys who you are trying to emulate had some reasonable football smarts when "Bag & Sledge" was a column in the Baracker.

It was interesting reading Craig Dawe's expose' in the Bunyip this week, he stated that the basis of his style of play was to be accountable, didn't we get rid of brant because he too defensive???
I think the committee might have to bring in a media officer, Big Shrek! that type of work sounds right down your ally.

I would spell check your posts as my first port of call Stirlo.

How do you think Brandt will go at Hummocks. Does he have any players folowing him?

Yes Shreky, you are good on the detail but poor on the big picture stuff.

Not too many players too follow him, from most accounts it was the players that wanted his bags packed. Hummocks are always around the mark so its not like he is inheriting a rabble I would expect he will continue that trend. He will definitely want to get a couple of recruits even if it was just for the company on the trip to training and games each week.

Stirlo - I know a few of the players quite well, the general consensus is that Brandt was well liked (by the younger players) and the fact that he is gone may be attributed to the older group not being able to get their way the entire time?? Thoughts??

Personally, I didn't know the guy, but from the outside it seems like he could coach. Maybe a step backward in appointing wacka in my opinion. Brandt should do weel at Hummocks...

Yes, I can imagine the Noddy and Big Ears of the Barossa cuddling up in bed together.

Kapunda called Daniel Thomas about coaching them next year, no thanks was the reply. Would someone put their hand up before Goose gets the gig.

Ed05 i have to agree, i thought Brandt had alot to offer both young and experienced players. The decision to terminate his contract and appoint Craig Dawe has left more then a few gob smacked.

I guess only the inner sanctum at Tigerland know the facts.

hafey why would you question the leadership role at the lions? ronald lee is well respected at the club and was given the job because he IS a young lad that wont be going anywhere, and now has brought his twin daniel and maybe one other from gaza, as if the will be looking to replace him!!!!!!!!!!

Test, you must be new to this site. Why would you expect Hafey not to make stupid comments?

When you have anything intelligent or logical to say, don't direct it at Hafey(or Stirlo). It will do you no good.

Jason Smith the current president and the Dawe family go back a long way, It is a case of flicking a good coach to give the role to a mate, very dangerous,

The honour of skippering your club is just that and should never be taken for granted. If Ronald is the best man to lead the Lions in 2009 i am sure he will be given the nod. If the football committee believe they would like to give someone else a go at leading the team then Ronald shouldnt be disappointed and will still be a valuable leader of the club.

Danny & Ronald are twins ?? not sure about that .

Shrek , this is where you post some crap about my post and further prove you are a uneducated moron with no football or social skills.

Will the unhappy players leave GC?
Hang on... first of all do you have proof or can you name the unhappy players?

I hear Casey Thomas is heading to Gaza next year.
