NO-MERCY... I have no idea who the applicants are... but I would have thought that in all clubs applicants for coaching positions would be considered 'private' until the powers that be had made their decisions and decided to announce it to their club. Of course there's going to be 'rumours' but rumours are rumours.

So....watch this space.... and as soon as the club announces our coaches.... I'll let you know :D

How are the 17's?
They looked devastated after the game...a bit like the Saints boys the week before.
Sometimes it is best to get flogged than lose a close one.

Well done on the McLaren advertising over the last week

Good morning Mr Magoo,

17's, my heart broke for them and Gianni :( and yes they were devastated, some more than others.... some blaming themselves the old "What if I'd done this and what if I'd done that"... but the 17's coaching staff being as good as they are made the boys realise that they had had a stellar season and that for every one thing they did wrong they did 100 things right to get them to the grand final. So I think they soon realised that they had given their all and just how far they had come, and that Strath just had the extra run in their legs after the week off .

I know what you're saying about the whole 'close one' thing, but I think having lost by only 4 points they can hold their head up high than if they'd been flogged by 10 goals. O:)

Have heard a slight rumour, but i think it's just that! It's been a bit of a rumour for the last couple of seasons. Would be great to have him though don't get me wrong, but not for that kind of money i hope  !
He is no relation to the pollards at the club already, although i think Mark will tell you different after a few bevvys  !!

Very good player, but he does get fed the ball quite well down at Morphys. IMO we need to recruit a quality on-baller or two to feed the likes of him and Jase Cowling for next year aswell!

Couldn'tagree more, just need a mature head to teach these boys. Even the guys playing on the ball now could do with this. They are also still very young too. Have done a great job for us already, but could be great players with a little more knowledge!

Good to see Wayne Broughton get Life Membership.
Absolute gun player, cruelly cut down by injury in his prime.

Played at CHF....good hands and real hard at it.
