thats it WCP what a joke some of these posts are....including the one above - jeez talk about sour grapes - get over it mate. All of a sudden Carl cant do anything right! Gave you guys fantastic service, you would have been nothing in the last 2 seasons without him, his single handed effort in the 09 GF proved that.

Agree with you demonball, Carl was more than excellent for us and I don't know of anyone who can replace him with the style that he plays with. Rest assured he will be sorely missed. As for Range secrets, from what I have read recently, my guess is that he is not a Marble Ranger, so you can disregard anything he says on here as the crap it is

Agree WCP - Tasmans have certainly not signed 15 players and I am not aware of any recruit from Melbourne.

We spoke with Dunn and Williams last night but it looks like Dunn is going to Ramblers and Williams to Tumby.

Surely Ramblers will start favourites for the flag now!! Dunn, 2x Pedlers, Blacker all ins. Very very handy

If bostons and Tasmans are fighting it out for finals birth, someone else is going to have to finish bottom. i cant see that happening. I think souths and Rangers will still have it over those two.

Word on the street is that Williams approached Bostons, not the other way around, so they'd have to be favorites to pick him up...

Six new coaches? Who's taking the reigns at MPFC?

tim forrest is coming back to the TFC this year , it will be a huge boost to the tasman football club's midfield as i have watched him from the sidelines on several occasions and he is a fit lad that can take a good grab and can kick with either feet ! he has also spoken to a couple of his team mates from last year that are keen to get out of the big smoke and play a bit of country footy next year.

on to other news its good to see that waybacks have a decent coach this year in RICHARD HORGAN all the best mate.

shaping up to be a very good up and coming season , when is everyone starting preseason??

The president of the association needs to re read the constitution regarding weather conditions and playing cricket. Absolute debacle. What's the point of having a constitution if it isn't adhered to!!

br
The decison to not play cricket was made by the president of the association, not the other sides. unfortunately we missed out on a easy win but you should be pointing your finger at whistle, not the other clubs.
