Sammy Reid? Did he get reported?

yes

Big contraverse in EEFL grand final at Cowell. Last quarter cowell leading when a player is yellow carded for a minor indiscression then a fight starts two more yellows were given out one to each team BUT during the fight the kimba lad that was carded ended up on the bottom of the pack with a sore knee so was stretchered off. in the confusion kimba replaced him so were playing with 18 instead of 17 kicking two goal then cowell called for a count.BIG confussion with the crowd not knowing what was happening. in the conclussion it was decided not to take the points off kimba but to play on with the right numbers on the ground. a 50 metre penlty give to Cowell then game on. Cowell won

There is a rule that has to be changed in the PLFL I noticed before I got changed yesterday in the reserves game. A strong breeze favouring one end and one of the sides not kicking with the wind required a stretcher. This was half way through the 15 minute term. With all the precautions these days it took 8 mins to get the guy off and just as they eventually were the siren sounded. No time on in reserves. The side kicking with the 4 goals breeze lost half their term with the breeze. How long will it be before someone lies down with 5 minutes to go in a grand final when they are a goal in front and makes out they have broken their neck?

Not to sound like I'm passing the blame, but there is supposed to be time on in the case of a stretcher being summoned onto the ground.

Even in the minor round...

I don't think it's been an issue previously, but obviously the timekeepers were unaware...

The blame lies with the PLFL and its officials.

One other thing that spurred us on before the game yesterday was hearing that Tom George had chosen to go over and watch the crows instead of play us. This lifted a lot of our players.

The timekeepers are officials of the competing clubs, so we'll leave that alone, won't we?

As I said I went to the changerooms to get ready for our game. I was just posting a fact and did not know they took time off the next term.
I doubt it would have mattered anyway the demons b grade is the slowest most boring side of the competition.

we never had a full side all year but the strength of our club is in our A grade side. We never had the numbers on our list to be a contender this season in that particular grade.
I understand that the wheel turns and its good that 2 struggling clubs in that grade are having a go this season.
