Torrens Valley look like they have about 30 new players coming in!!!
John Pratt is an absolute gun, they have recruited two 18 year olds in Cameron Dunn and Brock Montgomery, not sure where they will fit in as they are no longer juniors so they won't get any points discount by playing them and they struggled to play in Echunga's A grade side last season.

Unbelievable to read that Milang may have no-one to play this year. I saw them twice last year and they were tenacious, tough and inspirational to watch. Home crowd, oval, support staff, catering all good. They seemed to have all required, not sure what can be done to help this club? They would be a real loss to the comp.

Word is that the stupid amount of coin that Hughes puts into the club will cease next year... I highly doubt any of their players will continue for the love of the game!!

How many 'locals' would tv have at the moment ?

Never been a great fan of the Mt Barker Football Club but you would have to be fair tossas to deny a clearance as they have done in Maxfields case when he has relocated for employment. Can someone please explain???

Apparently it wasnt the club, they had approved it, it was a HFL "clerical error"...!!

So, money & extra points still don't pay off for Blackwood. What's left?

Onkas over TV BY 4 goals
Some interesting umpiring calls from one of the umps who doesn't seem 2 know the basic rules. Apparently its now a freekick for trying 2 take a hanger. 3 TV players. Gave away a free for in the back eventho they got good chucks of the ball and almost marked them.

Yeah umpiring was its regular HFL standard but in no way was that the issue.
It was a very hot day a both sides struggled through the conditions.
I really thought some high profile names may have been able to get the better of a young Onkas side but unfortunately lack luster at best.
I will say this, its a long season.

hopefully minimum 5 or maybe 6, but then we could all be real negative and instead of trying to bolster something good some negative publicity might be the go...

There are some people trying to make it happen but others trying to kill it.

Work out who is trying to help, a real shame for the sake of a lot of guys who may not get a game for their club in the B grade or 17's that some are trying to kill it.

We should look at ways of making it happen rather than reasons why it should not.

Some of you people are far too negative..
