Don't expect much from the WFL this year, the president of the league is calling players to see if he can drum up some interested people to play.

Meanwhile the bush leagues with inferiority complexes can't wait to come to town and prove their points.

I don't think the FW boys have a point to prove. They've always been a great bunch of blokes both on and off the field over the weekend.

Had a pretty memorable Sunday session at the Pier a few years back. Lol

Brad might be able to provide some insight into the side Far West is bringing down.

Is Waylon Johncock making an appearance?

Was superb a few years ago. Worth watching

Does the Tasman Football Club still hold their drink sprint on the Sunday of Mortlock?

I loved the drink sprint. Being good sports and all I doubt it would happen these days. I remember Chris Prime drinking 17 schooners in 90 minutes and kicking my ass, I had 14 and spewed after 80 mins. Big effort and he still reminds me of it now and then.

coyote ugly its about time you shut your ignorant mouth about ravendale and tasmans. If you are the plfl secretary as you have everyone believe, you may want to remember the league is 6 clubs.if one of the clubs you keep bagging has had enough you might find with the support of other clubs next season the league may have another secretary. As a member of the league you are supposed to support all clubs,so pull your head in.

live footy, bit of a more serious subject,
what do you think about the pathetic attitude of your permiit holders, especially one having played in the winning kinlough team last year??
when i heard this i thought to myself 1. why would these players want to play that grade and
2. why the hell did they get the permits??
BW is clearly a talented player and could EASILY get a game in B grade
as for TH he played in the kinlough team last year!! bit of an injustice when the side you played last week, brings up a 14 year old who has to stand both on the wing??
obviously the days are gone when permits are only used when it clearly disadvantages the team to have this player playing in there side??
rather pathetic 18 year olds would rather run around with kids and think they're tough??

Whats he been up to Fev drinking to much piss with edna? I thought he loved his footy and worked hard on his fitness as he is a fairly handy on baller.
