Was a standout player in a struggling team last year; won the hard ball, carried ball to break lines & used footy efficiently. He will benefit from more quality players around him.

I heard the coach is Trevor Potts!! No idea how they are going though!
I know they have a trial against Mclaren on the 24th up at Hahndorf.

My goodness has this guy had some coaching jobs in his time!

Players get criticised if they go from club to club. But if the coaches do it, you don't hear to much about it. He has been to a lot from what I recall.

few flags in that time as well, was it 3 or 4 on the trot he won at morphett vale? pretty sure most clubs would be happy to have him even if he does have a few on his resume

Trevor Potts 2004 & 2005 - Steve Hill 2006 & 2007 Lynton Bishop 2009
This would be Trevor Potts 3rd year at Hahndorf.
Coaches don't always change clubs by choice.

A fantastic coach with an amazing record, pretty sure he was named the SFL coach of all time in their 150th year celebrations last year. Not a bad honour to add to the coaching resume.

Won premierships at most of those clubs too

I think the roll call is:
Plympton (3 or 4 prems)
Christies Beach (1)
Kangarilla (1)
Morphett Vale (1)
West Adelaide U/19s (?)
South Adelaide Reserves
Norwood Reserves
Hahndorf
there might be another club somewhere in Spencer Gulf region?

Blackwood must surely struggle this season. Gigney, Roche, McCormick gone and I noticed on the Country section that Josh Sidebottom is heading to Yank. Plus I understand there are a couple of others that I haven't named.
