What has happened to Uraidla this last month? have they just been coasting towards finals and resting players or are they in trouble?

Also Mt Lofty winning only 3 and a half games in the last 12 is a very poor effort considering they started 5 and 1. I know they had injuries, but as a club they couldnt be happy with that result.

Mt lofty oval resembles a swamp, will be a very sloppy physical game there next Saturday!

Interesting finals series ahead. Probably the 2 of the most in form teams onkas and handorf play in the elim and the side that wins this has a massive chance to go many steps further. Onkas probably just for mine. Then the blackwood barker game will be a midfeild battle with the winner inclose on a boggy oval to get the win. Blackwood has bigger bodies but barker will get the job done and beat uraidla the week after for the spot in the GF. uraidla not sure what they are doing atm, but we will see in their first final if they have been crusing resting players or hit a wall with lack of depth.

Any predictions people??

Netball finals on aswell at heathfield tomorrow = oval carpark full at 10:30 and everyone being forced to park at the high school/hender rd and walk in...

To watch finals on a slow, boggy oval.

Not a great call there HFL...

Finals time and its quiet as a mouse here.. what's going on?

Thoughts on this weekend?
Very much looking forward to Barker vs Blackwood game tmrw!! Mt Barker have smashed the Woods twice this year but tipping things will be much closer at Mt. Lofty!
I'm going to say Blackwood by 8pts in a high standard game!!
So Subway Stadium is a bog I hear? I bet uraidla, Lobethal, hahndorf and balhannah are in good condition and more suited to finals footy. Interesting move by the HFL again.

It was a very good game of footy to watch, some great passages from both sides!

Ground was in great condition too!

Yeah talk of a heavy oval was garbage. Block did not play for Barker.

Reckon Onkas will get up today.

Can anyone give me a description on saturdays A grade game? I saw sundays game and Onkas looked polished and capable of winning this week. Mt barker seem to be very up and down and without Blocky they seem light on in contested footy. How did they travel saturday? Lebron care to comment??

Lobethal cleaning up at the underage mail medal last night with kye Turpin winning the under 15s and Luke Hampton winning the 17s well done lads definitely a bright future ahead of them! It's a pity a umpire panicked with giving that red card to nitta the other week otherwise could have got 3 medals out of the year!

how did Philps go last night from Blackwood?
I would have thought that he would have been close considering he kicked 100+ goals for the year.

Runner up with 36 votes, good effort by the little guy. Very unlucky not to win it when you poll that many votes!
