Was a great game of footy to watch from start to finish with both sides going hard at it. Onkas took first blood and had the lead all day. The Tanners and Kirwan in the middle for the Dogs got the best of the McLeans all day and Daniel Ebert also sharing most of the middle duties was a class act as always with Brothers Rick being very damaging and Simon had a good first quater but went missing. Sutton went onto Kirwan after quater time who still had the best part of 25-30 disposals in the last 3 quarters. Uraidla are now starting to look very thin up forward with Loffler looking like he is either playing with injuries or maybe his best football is behind him and Paris Fowden whos best days are far behind him looked far to slow with the Onkas Full back line of the Pffifers and Heiser holding an avearge age of 20 years. P. Richards and T.Martin played their usual classie roles and were good when the ball got to them. Scotty gave himself a rough hand playing on N.Smart and S.Friend, 2 of the fastest blokes in hills footy and as a result they both ran a muck a long with both the Woolfords and J. Smith. The Cox's we're not bad and Ebel and Down didn't get alot of game time , Wotton didnt get the ball much. Vidic got stiched up by Francis and Remnant was terrible and was out classed by Kain. Great and even ruck contest all day with Angove and Brownee slogging it out against Down and i think it was Cox.
Onkas stand outs were probably S. Tanner, Wescombe (6 Goals) and Butcher (6 Goals). Uraidlas were probably D. Ebert, R. Ebert and P. Richards. The Uraidla best players in the paper seemed a little sarcastic as 4 out of the 5 were probably what cost them the game especially Fowden and Vidic
MIA Uraidla = Dylan Brown, Michael Tudor-Tsourtos and i Thinks Moulds didn't play.
MIA Onkas = Adam Klun (would have been real handy Yesterday), Lachie Peter, Hayden Lofts and Rhyse French.
A. Marston = time to hand in the whistle, cost both sides greatly
