My source tells me that there has been some "grass that has been cut" by a prominent menber of the A-Grade and that it has not sat well with the other parties.

Think i'm being cryptic, i am i suppose, alright, i've been told that someone has slept with someones else's Missus and there is division within the ranks. Mind you they are not the first club to witness this kind of carry on, but they would expect to be winning games of football and when they are not, Ass's will be kicked and some may even be shown the door.

:? How reliable is your 'source' on this one rooster?
I have a fair bit to do with the United boys and I'm fairly sure it's a load of crap.

Rooster. Big statement from someone who wouldnt have a clue what goes on at United except for the trash you might hear at the pub. Where is your source. I think you should give him the sack because when i read it this morning i almost spilt my coffee over my desk.

Like Pint of, I am pretty close to a few Tigers and that would be close to the worst post in the history of this site. Not sure how you can get away with just saying that with no repracussions. Complete and utter load of crap.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

Get real you blokes. United have lost just two games and we have just finished April and you think they're gone? Get real. Anyone can be world beaters in May boys, but unfortunately for some of you blokes nobody really cares who is winning this time of year and we all know that they will be tough to beat in 15 weeks time.

To start off looking at this weeks games I will tip;

Mallala to be too good for Virginia in a close one with the Pies fit legs taking over in the last half

United to pip Balaklava at home (they always seem too)

Two Wells to belt Hamley Bridge at Windy Hill

Strong words boys, and the worst post? Short memory dude!!

Anyway, let's not get your knickers in a knot, i said it was my mail and that's that, i never said i was certain or indeed that it was true, i said it was my mail, you blokes are too touchy, is there something that we should know about the Tiges?

What is the point of having a forum for discussion if we can't throw some controversial issues into the mix, i have heard this from a couple of sources, neither of them are Longies people but they converse/work/socialise with plenty of them, if it's not true as you say, the leak maybe at your end, the people telling me have nothing to gain by spreading rumours about United and yes it may be spoken over a few beers, but if you can absolutley, positivley deny this than good on you, good on them, shame on me and lets get on with it, but if it comes out in the wash, well, we'll see. 8)

Mallala will be too good over 4 quarters - too quick and better defence will shut out any hope of a Leo-led goal spree.

United and Balak might be a close one but I reckon United will be stinging from the loss last week and will be keen to make amends and get some form on the board.

Two Wells doesn't always play too well at Hamley but should get the points.

Yep the mighty rams are clearly flag favourites now after beating a United team missing half their first choice players through injury with the last kick of the day. Virginia were the better team on the day but it's a long season mate, have a read of Swampies post above. But from what I'm reading on this site I guess United may as well look to next season already. Most of the players don't want to be there, everyones doing each others missuses and they've already lost 2 games!

One for the many Virginia supporters....
Are Virginia any good this year? Where do you expect them to finish based on last weeks performance?

Reasonable start to the season and new lads settling in well. A few local lads drifting back as you can see in the Bs result on sat compared with game, rams V two wells. Giving no serious injuries we are looking to play finals

One little fly won't stop me enjoying my delicious pint of icy cold ale. Seriously though its good to see Virginia back competitive again. Lets hope they can keep it together all season unlike some years in the past.

Rooster, I'm pretty sure Paul is a local. Not sure if he's played much the last couple years though.

Yep nothing beats a good orgy out at the Water Tower. Married or single, apparently it doesn't matter out our way. Can't wait for this week.

Is he the bloke that played u17's back in the late 90's? Think he used to drive a blue commodore ute that was pretty sharp. If so he was a handy junior but not sure where he has been playing of late.

On the Back of the Rams celebrating a great victory after the siren the Plains producer and United's own Kym Jarman has listed Longies Injuries as Mark Pym, Michael Taylor, and Matthew Leigh as well as Paul Vandenburgh, one of the East boys, Schulz and the coach, Broady himself.

That's at least 7 A-Grade starters, perhaps a reality check? I'm sure Virginia had blokes on the injured list also, but we all out here know that these players can play a little bit and may have made a difference to the outcome and to their aspirations this season.

Don't get me wrong, i'm not out to pot united or Virgina or especially their clubs, my Rumours about United previously were twice told to me, so i threw it in to the hat, just the same as looking across the back page of the Producer to find that these seven blokes didn't see the game out from the paddock.

So well done to Virginia for getting the points, you can only beat the blokes on the park and the Rams had more scoring shots but there is food for thought perhaps! 8)
