Agree entirely. But what makes that statement kinda ironic is just about every time I read something about money in country footy, guess whos name pops up! I reckon I read last year that he was signed at Onka Valley but ended up at Torrens Valley with Gary Hughe$ instead!

Anyway, well done to Bays - not sure if he has coached before but it certainly seems like a positive move. I'm sure he has tonnes of playing contacts to further bolster Bays stocks, and will be a great player for them too.

Also to McLaren on signing Gary Cameron.

So that leaves Goolwa (or is Ewer appointed for certain?), and Mt Compass I think.

Reccon Goolwas wall all done and dusted in the times a couple of weeks back... But of course the recycling has gone...

Heard a rumor of Mt Compass too today but I dont know the name - Gailbraith I think it was.. Played for them a heap of years ago.. But no one here seems to know much of him?? any of you out there

Peter Galbraith (Galbs) has coached juniors at noarlunga past 4 years,Coached my son and was a real motivator to the lads and thats a difficult job at 18s level not sure what happened at senior level but his name is on the board as A grade coach finishing about 4th i think. He is a great loss to the shoes good luck Galbs and i hope the players dont leave before they give him a go ^:)^ ^:)^

Good luck to Galbs, I know that he always wanted to get back in to seniors after his 4 seasons in juniors. I hope all goes well.

P32 maybe when you saw Billy last and he asked you to sign a blank piece of paper he wasn't in fact asking for your autograph.... ;)

Mate I can tell you now, they haven't even spoken to Baylis! I'm guessing you are a former Bays player who is simply stirring the pot!

I would've thought the Kruger deal would have always been just a 1 year thing and from what i've heard the other 4 named there are all signed and ready for next year

I had heard that Matt Hodge was going to play elsewhere next year for big dollars, but now that Steve Hill has been appointed coach Matt may well stay, having a Morphett Vale connection.

I heard the complete opposite! I heard he was definitely leaving because of Hill coming on board!!! Just out of interest, when did Hill start coaching Morphett Vale and when did Hodge leave M/V??
I do know Keith are chasing 2 of the 3 Reynella boys very hard!!!
