Yeah mate, tails is still out at the Dogtrack, getting into some early form that saw him win last years Schluter medal.

Tayls is up there with the best in the business. Very few have consistantly dominated the BL&G like he has over a long period of time.

Wont be too long before he is given the key to the city , i believe he already has the keys to the Bushman Hotel

Freeling got smashed again - but did kick a few goals early.

5 in first quarter and still only had about the same at three quarter time.

Nuri pumped Barossa, Centrals were comfotable over South and Williston got closer than I thought to Tanunda - Tanunda by about 35 points.

Hey No Mercy,
noticed your guys copped a bit of a flogging yourselves today from Broadies. You would of enjoyed that considering that there were half a dozen ex Freeling boys in that side, including the coach. I'm sure Eichner would of enjoyed that, sounds like sour grapes to me !

Speaking of Div 5 , watching the Gawler Central V South Gawler game yesterday you could of easily mistaken it to be a Div 5 game. The standard was very ordinary except for some individual acts of brilliance from Brad Taylor , Scott Hahn & Clint Hill. The Tigers looked like a team who are only going to improve under the Craig Dawe tenor, South Gawler on the other hand looked like a club with no direction or heart. Was one of the most diasappointing local derbys i have witnesed in a long time. Honourable mention to Andrew Bevis , was the only Lion apprearing to have a dip.

Barossa has had it's time at the top. I don't think we will see Barossa in the finals this year. Nuri as I see them are not a great team but they out played a very undermaned Barossa with a 5 gaol win. What good points will coach Nelson find in his team this week.

Please someone correct me if i am wrong , but last years playing group at Barossa Districts flattered Rian Nelsons coaching ability.

Would be suprised to see him reappointed in 2010. There may be a position for him at Kilburn moving magnets on the flip side.

Seen the game on the weekend and south looked very ordinary to say the least!!!
Brad Taylor was simply out standing!!! You could also see why Hahn has been outstanding since coming to the tigers!!! His 2nd and 3rd efforts where sensational... Gawler Centrals run riot on saturday and looked the goods but im not sure south are going to be all that flash after seeing them saturday!!!

No, it would be fair to say that the coach and the clubs management didn't command the respect of their players last season and after suffering alot of injuries weren't able to control their problems.

I have heard that alot of work has been put in by people within the club since the last game in 08 to address these issues and to the surprise of many of the ill informed pundits of BLG world the donnybrooks are moving forward quickly.

Hopefully chris might want to come back and play for his club in the future, he'd be more than handy in our forward line.

Bit early to say Pac-Man but i am guessing Nelson is going to be the man at the helm when the S.S. Barossa sank back to the bottom.

On the flip side Occonnor might be looking to get back into the hot seat with what is looking like a wooden spoon with kilburn this year.
