So Bostons are set to be the big improvers in 06... I wonder if they can pull it off - it will be interesting to see if all these new players will alter the attitude out there...

How many have Cleve brought up? Heard theyre really digging deep this year

Gee eags .... if your worrying about McCurry playing... you got problems.
Only worry for SES has been the dissapointing form of all their batsmen... i woulnt think not one batsmen would say they are in form or have had a good start to the season. Not sure the bowlers are going all that well either.... but plenty of time to get it together.... dont want to loose double chance tho.
wt - expect a send off or two.... jumping and running around a batsmen as they depart an oval and all that crap... let them have their five mins of fame.
Can yopu get this bet on too... As ,Tas, LS SES..... Bs ,Tas, Way, MPark.
Good value there @ $4 give me $25 on that. (going on the thoery that SES Bs will be short)

Our B's didn't look that bad actually Dickie, with three players from last weeks winning A grade side going back......

SES had a great training last night at Farm Beach, consisting of a bit of beach cricket with stubby in hand and a BBQ. Could become a regular occurrence, need to look after the team bonding and social aspect to country sport, inny buuhhh......

Only real disappointment at training last night was the fact we couldn't catch anything ... although that hasn't been any different to Saturdays.

pity... it wasnt beach cricket we were playing !!!! Skin Myers was actually getting some indip with the South- Westerly. might have been the electrical tape he put on one side of the ball tho.. lol
eags after saturday if you loose you might want to bury your head in the sand.... coz this dick is saying SES gone if loss occurs. Same for LS. Tasmans are absolute certs. too good in every fecet of the game... their captain is the best skipper by a mile and deserves the Cup.

Yes the club as a whole were shocked and saddened at the news of Muir's passing. He certainly did a lot for our club since he started playing with us up at tumby around 97/98. Will be missed greatly out on the park and around the club. Condolences to Maxine, Scotty, Chrissy and all others close to him.

Not having much luck out at the river at the moment with Muir's passing coming almost exactly a year after another former player's passing in Duane Fox. But as to be expected, the boys at toddie's shall soldier on.
