Got those scores around the right way???? Goolwa got smacked up by millions at Mclaren. The crows had 5 on the board in a blink of an eye and never looked back.

Final score
L.Creek 22 - 13 (145)
def
Willunga 10 - 9 (69)

With the pristine conditions on show this week at the Grand Final venue of L.Creek, Hately & Warren ran riot for the Creeks up forward all day.

Final Score Victor Harbor 9.4 def Encounter Bay 8.9 (1 Point), Great game by the Bay boys,
the better team for 3 1/2 quarters, Victor snuck home, Tyson Davis Neale is a gun, McGregor & Massie,
both better for the run, they faded in last 1/4, Encounter Bay Young Kids were brillant, They will surprise
a few teams & win 4 or 5 games in the first round!

Encounter Bay had full control and then a couple silly frees cost them the points...there recruits look to be finding thier feet and when they do and with thier kids having a crack they will upset quite a few.

Correct Pale, and it wasnt a pretty sight. Occurred in similar fashion to McLarens Medallist Walkers injury late last year. Heard the trainers say upon putting him into the ambulance, that it was a clean break so hopefully for his sake he will be back playing footy at some stage, although i doubt it will be this year...

Yeah bad news for strath and marc who was having a flying start to the year kicking all 5 of our goals last week and three early on the weekend, will be hard to replace. Heard that he broke three bones in his foot so not sure exactly but it looks like he might be out for the year. Strath getting two good early wins on the board that know one picked with there outs this year, a lot of reserve players from previous years getting more chances and making the most of them.
Another casualty early in the game was trent ormand allen who i didn't even notice on the ground, jagged a hammy early on. Yank seemed to have a good honest young team, but with no dundovic this year they lacked a target or two up forward. Big wilson was handy up forward but then had to do a bit of ruck work.

Strath defeated the Creeks comfortably by about 5 - 6 goals.
Bit of a worry for the Creeks that they have quite a few players injured so early in the season.
Had Feast, Moore, Randal Follett, F.Hill (Not Limb), Chandler and maybe a few others unavailable i'm not aware of. Certainly going to be an interesting Season.

That's for sure. I would have picked Creeks after their demolition of Willunga, but it is hard to see where all the sides lie at this stage. Strath have started well with 3 wins over top 5 sides from last year.

With the apparent improvement of McLaren/Goolwa (showed good signs week 1) and definately E.Bay who are Myponga likley to beat this year? Will be an interesting match up this week against the Pies.
