Interesting scheduling with the Showdown also on at that time.

i know where id prefer to be, and its not watching the 2nd worst side in the AFL playing against the cows. would much rather the atmosphere of the local derby. Bay - Victor, underlights, weather is going to be good. doesnt get much better than that does it?

I see on the clearance page ashley 'smasher' manuel is getting cleared back to the creek from the hills league. Another handy player down back brought in by benny warren.
Can someone please tell me where trent ormand allen has played in the last few years, as apparently he is a zero pointer at yank how?

first clearance has been cancelled, new one requested and approved today. If the dates are right then i think it means he cant play as it needs to be done by 9pm thursday.

I remember reading on here last year about the "loophole" yank got warmington in as a zero pointer. If i'm reading things correctly it looks like nothing has been done about this and yank have got another 2 in similarly. Ie Durdin and Perry. Both are 20 this year, played some sanfl reserves last yr but majority as overage in the under 18s. Well done to yank, but this should be changed IMO.

DO you know that for sure Johny?

JOHNYGASTEV wrote:Bays would have to be favourites on paper surely

Hard to say- He would be a massive in that is for sure. Interesting round and last weeks results make it even more so. My guesses:

Bays v Victor Loyalty of course
Creek v Willunga Toss up - Home side selection
Mclaren v Goolwa Based on last weeks results - Mclaren disappointed and Goolwa surprised.
Compass v Pongy Compass should be too strong at home
Strath v Yank Wasnt overly impressed by Strath last week despite their win. Yank's late recruiting spree to come to the fore.
