Your tips were around the mark NOT

My tips:
Strath by 6points
Myponga by 72 points (Enc Bay wooden spooners?)
Willunga by 23 points (Lost some veterans but plenty of depth can still cover for, compass will be stronger this year with burdett back should sneak into the 5)
Creek by 90 pts (goolwa's new recruits will get a big wake up call v creek who should be team to beat early in year ben warren to kick a hundred easily!)
Mclaren by 17pts (Mclaren recruited a few apparantly, yank lost some big guns from last year)

Yeah not a good start first time i have put tips up. My strath and willunga tips were pretty close. Went by what has been said on here in regards to yank and myponga games(oops). Great to see goolwa and encounter bay having a competive start to the year hopefully it continues and we have a good fight for the five this year.
Goolwa's recruits must have all put in a top game to be infront most of the day v creek$. Looks like you have done some good recruiting lf. Keeping ben warren to two goals would have helped, was he double teamed or did your full back play well?

Not much has been said about Goolwa losing by 8 points to LC.

I was under the impression LC was genuine premiership contender & Goolwa finished last year.

Pretty impressive turnaround.
From what I've heard the new coach has been very professional with alot of rules & structures in place.
Could be a very even comp this year.

OLD SONG
We're a mighty mob of bastards and each one is a star
and when we're not at football you'll find us at the bar
________ tried their hardest
but they weren't good enough
and now there all downhearted and we couldnt give a stuff!
should old acquiantance be forgot
keep your eye on the old green and gold

We are the green machine
invincible
we train on birds and booze
we are the champ we never lose
we play like men possessed
gloriously
winning comes all so easy
we dont just win we shit it in
so bad luck you blokes next door
GET A DOG UP YA!

PG don't kid yourself. Hodgey has been given the captaincy this year and pretty much hasn't missed a training. MV being a bit hopeful i think. While i haven't spoken to him i am sure this is rubbish

Sunshine, lollipops and rainbows,
Everything that's wonderful is what I feel when we're together,
Brighter than a lucky penny,
When you're near the rain cloud disappears, dear,
And I feel so fine just to know that you are mine.
You can love football, but it wont always love you back!
