Macca's boys were Div 4 then mate.

In a Mypo v Payneham trial in 2007, Payneham won by 8 goals at Mypo (not exact but it was comfortable win) Paynehams first year of Div2 after GF win previous year.

Fair indication of standard albeit a trial.

yes but mypo finish 5 in 07

not totally a comfortable win. i believe it was about even at 3qt time and mypo spent half of the game in front. more or less fitness that got them over the line

The fact that I didn't make the most ridiculous comment ever. A mid range div 1 side would beat jervois by 30 goals. No country league is close to div 1, everyone knows that. Everyone also knows that the RMFL ain't the strongest league going around.

Everyone you say Andy, except me.
What a load of "sh!t".
30 goals

Maybe not 30.thats alot and Jervois still do have class in their midfield in Ewer,Rigney and ect.....It would be a fair margin but 30 goals is heaps

But the quality of country teams' players drop off whereas div 1 sides do not. A div 1 team would beat a top div 4, bottom div 3 team by about thirty goals too.

Good attempt at changing the conversation Fat Cat because it was obvious you were spouting crap. Maybe if you tell us all how good a player you are, FM will feel more inclined to do the same.

The Mexican is starting his own thread? Dont recall anyone drawing comparisons with the SFL, most of the discussion has been about D1-D4.

Jervois would easily finish in the top 8 in SFL. Dont think they would beat the top 4, but the rest would be close.

Whatever you are, you aren't very intelligent, or perhaps you're dyslexic. I can't understand any of that tripe. No Mercy would argue black is white to disagree with me. Who did he coach in div 1?

Fatcat will there be a time in the near future wher you will actually make some sense? You really have no idea what you are posting, nice job in practically outing someone in the above.
Clearly you live in some fanciful little world where your actually alloud to date your siblings and sporn eachothers off spring; proof of this is in your typing - its evident your fingers are either up your arse or some of them are just missing?
Oh, I was the CHF but to be honest we were that bad we didnt really get placed in positions.
Yes I'm cut over Baylis, he was our prize stallion but now we have to go and put him down.

I think those with an idea would place the leagues top four teams in the following order SAAFL Div 1/Div2/SFL/GSFL/Div3/- - - - - - - - RMFL. The GSFL and SFL argument is for another thread...

With Div 1 being the clear front runner, Not much between Div 2 and SFL (On par i reckon), GSFL and RMFL.Interesting the Div 2 and SFL top 4 though has me thinking.

It was nice of Fat Cat to tell us who No Mercy is. That was the only sense I could make out from his post. I thought he was saying that he forgot he was a shit full forward for Murray Bridge. Just be careful though FM, I've noticed some spelling mistakes creeping into your posts.

Alot of poeple sell some leagues short though. There are some bloody good sides going around Div 3,4 and 5 some times. Take for instance Woody South a few years back the way they started in div 5 and went through to div 1 in 4 years using the majority of the same players

Actually, here it is - the end to all of this - problem solved!

I challenge Jervois to join the SAAFL! Albeit you will have to start in Div 7, still its an indication.

Go back through the postings Dutchman, you have made the comparison before, was just wondering if you had a different answer, think you said something along the lines of "may make the top 8"... Gee these "new" recruits you speak highly of must be something...
