My Tips;
Victor by 6 points in a cracker of a game
Myponga by 30 points, kickittome might not be far off
Willunga by 15 points in another great game
Creek by 40 points only kicking away late in the game
Yank by 30 points, really don't know much about Mclaren

Victor should win. Strath might be busy....
Willunga. Wont fall away. Gooch, Love, Moose can fill the void left by Hams and co. Compass need this one and have a good record vs the dees
Creeks should be too good. Pop quiz folks, who has the biggest tank arse... LF or Dugga?
Yank but Mclarens are a chance
Pongy. Dont care if its by a point. Want a win!!!

Hard to pick any margins but i dont think there will be too many blow outs. This year it should be a lot closer between most sides.

I'm told by a very reliable source that after deciding to play at Bordertown he went back out to the Bay and asked if he could train there and the coach basically told him to F*%k off. So apparently he went out to Victor last night and will train with them.

That's enough boys. Down to a size 42 short this year so things are looking good.

Your predictions on Langhorne Creeks winning margin
One- How much money you got !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Two- Very hard to win with those margins with 18 Black & Whites in LCreeks forward line

So, was Damien Hannemann able to repel the Reynella forward line when he played at full back on the weekend?
Hope he didn't stand too close to their full forward, he is known as 'Subway' for a reason!

Yeah but which full forward are you referring to, because i've never heard anyone in the A's called that. Maybe he's trying to start the nickname himself!

Hey folks, goodluck to all teams this year!!

My round one tips:

Strath (think they should run away with this game in the last qtr)
Ebay (young group, should silence a few of their critics)
Compass (when you play for them you gotta tip them, great challenge to see where we are at first game of the year!)
Creek$ ($)
Mclaren ( lot of ins, spewing they cant use 15 on the bench)
.....

Tomorrow begins a new era for Willunga with Brad Haskett (C) and Chris Paterson (VC) replacing a bunch of old farts as leaders of the club. Congratulations to both and congratulations to the old war horse Todd Steele. After leading the club to 7 grand finals for 6 premierships, including a couple of grand final BOG's and a B&F you would have to say he did a reasonable job =D>

(sorry Todd)

Speaking of Todd, if you're looking for someone to cater your function I've heard he's fantastic from Sunday through to Friday but steer clear of him on Saturdays when he's absolute rubbish. For some reason he's no good on Saturdays so plan your function for some other day ;)

Congratulations to Brad, will be a great leader for the club and well done to Steeley, not a bad record for him! =D>

Just at Tonkins checking out the new look footys for the year. Look really good but not available this week. Seems a shortage of bays and victor shorts may see a few stars running around in their jocks tomorrow.

Do I cut haskett out of my sturt poster?

Yes well done to Todd and Willunga in general. Have done an amazing job keeping such a good side together for so long.
How many players played in all 6? Victor had 6 play in the 6 in a row, 3 in the 7th 2 years later (+1 that didnt play in the first), then only one 2 years after that - the mighty Grant Levy. Pretty sure there are more for Willunga.

Roll on tomorrow. It will be interesting to see the sides put on the park....given the Sportingpulse points list there will be plenty of point running around in the B's with nearly all having more than their allocation this year (eg LC has 28!). The list is out of date (24/3) and there have been plenty of new clearances since that too.

Haskett leaving sturt already just because he was made captain of willunga surely not? You would think he would give it a better shot to make league than one week in the ressies, gun player who surely could crack league?
Hopefully all the clubs recruits helps bolster the b grade comp which has been a 3 club race for the last few years. Strath all good with points think only using 6 or 7 of the 13 allocated.
