An exhilirating weekend of footy, drama, suspense, and more...

Hrmm... So the MR runner in the Ressies was reported? This would be the first time since.... Whoa, hang on, Steakn...

Had the experience of sitting next to a Mallee Park supporter who was whooping with joy after a Waybacker had been carried off; "Mooney hit him!" she cried...
I didn't think that was something to be proud of? :?

Clean sweep for the Cats.
Was there any other results of note, maybe a smokey that got close or a genuine chance that failed to poll much at all?

Also, the Tigers got up easily over the Bombers, did you get to that game BOH?

Would have been too much effort for Mooney to hit anyone.

On the ressies front, whispers are that Rangers are in a fair degree of bother. Allegedlyy played an Under 17 player, who apparently had played only one other reserves game for the year. Matter was supposedly highlighted by the PLFL just after the game started, and MR chose to ignore.Given the precedent from the earlier MP/LS game then result will more than likely be reversed.

SS cowell had 5 out of the top 6 so no real smokeys got close.
kimba won easy in both the A and B grade they seem to have more run and used the ball alot better than cleve who turned the ball over alot and didnt realy have a target up forward.

Do you think Kimba can roll the Cats this weekend?
Cleve tend to have a solid record in GFs and I would believe had the better chance of rolling Cowell, especially if Pup Jenner is still playing.
I'm not sure who I want to win. Would need a huge performance from Bozo and Fitzgerald for the Tigers to get up.

should be a popular result tonight at the MM count.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Who's running the PLFL here. The PLFL committee or SA Footy?

Is that MM or MR?

MM- After watching the weekend, J. Tessman.
MR- On one hand, rules are rules, and they did break them. Similair to us playing 21 in the B Grade for the first part of the season. On the other hand, also similairly, Tasmans haven't complained. So technically, you wouldn't think the League could reverse the result.

CU what the hell!!!! Parker won the mail medal on 18 votes followed by Minya Goodwin on 16 votes, Semmler and Jericho tied on 15 votes(Jericho was given 14 but there was a stuff up with names and i think i would be correct in saying he got 15). Gill shared the reserves trophy with ?? Roderick
