Loves, Heuskes will play on at the Bay for 08. Still looking for a replacement for Baylis, talking with Thomas from Willunga this week as a possible candidate.

Thomas wont go to E Bay FM. He loves the milk we produce at Willunga!

Apparently Thomas was also talking with Strathalbyn? Perhaps looking to move out of the shadow of the likes of Steele and Hams....

.... or just assessing his market value?

Dont know if he actually talked to strath, I started that little rumour on here but had only heard the info it third hand myself. I reckon the way he played last year he definiately wasnt in anyones shadow. Most guys in the GSFL would appreciate playing at Willunga I am sure Thomas is not about to give up a premiership opportunity.

On the Southern forum they're saying Reeves from Christies has signed with Victor. He'll be handy for the Kangaroos no doubt, they've been crying out for a decent forward since Gibbs.

If VH can retain all their quality players from last year (Hodge, Saunders etc) will they be one of the big improvers in 08??

GSFL AGM tonight with the hot debate of the points system . Last whispers was that it will be passed on a 7 - 3 vote . Believe Victor and Willunga are no's and can't comfirm the last one , waas told by a nun to reliable source .
Myponga have their 3 new recruits but may have lost Tomlinson and Loots . Grapevine talk is htat loots may be headed back to MV , will have to wait and see if this is correct . If MV lose the players like Ellison and co it will set them back .
White line fever , say it is'nt so

Heard that Loots and Tomo Havent said too much! But Loots has met wit HV but thats all!
as for the three new recruits i have also heard they have not signed as of yet and may not be that keen to! either way Mypo sounds likes it is in trouble!

Just anothe Two Bobs worth I think Thomas would be silly to leave Willunga its not like he warms the Bench or anything!

not that I care too much for VH, but it would be extremely disappointing to see a mass walk out. They have just started to make some inroads in to becomming competetive agagin. Last year was a big stepping stone, if they can maintain the playing group they would be a shot at the 5.
