I spoke with former moderator white tips when we played them last week and he said this site has gone to shit. How can this Leonidis **** get them kicked off and then the wanker has gone into hiding under the rock he came out of.
White Tips was hung out to dry by this person and as protest I will never post again either.

I said i had heard from reliable sources, and i wasn't around back in the good old days.
We "Souths" had over a dozen quality players out last weekend and we still managed to field competitive A grade and B grade sides. I could be wrong but i would have thought you would have called that ok as far as depth is concerned. Its one thing to be able to have the depth to put performing pressure on senior players by having 30 quality "A" graders, but i also think it is important and commendable to be able to draw players out of reserves without completely destroying the reserves grade.

competative? you kicked 7 goals in your 2 senior sides. maybe you were competative but the scoreboard didnt reflect it

We have struggled to kick goals all year! Up until half time, we were right in that one. Not sure about the magoos but to only lose to the roosters b's by 7-8 goals isn't too bad when you don't have you normal side. They tend to be pretty strong anyhow.

Waybacks done well in the early years but the polish has well and truly gone now from this once great club.
Lincoln South must have been competative (steakn) in the early days but easy beats nowdays
Mallee Park have been outsanding (on the field only) in the 28 years involved and look sure to win 12th this year
Tasmans were around the mark in the early years but have lost all respect in last 1/4 century. In the same mould as LS.
marble Range the easy beats for the first 25 years but have done well recently to gain respect
Bostons the battlers of the comp and will have to live off that 1 flag for a long time.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

White Tips was duly dealt with.
He took things too far, and payed the price.
There were other ways to deal with Leonidis, and he picked the wrong way.
I don't know what happened with AG, possibly doing the same thing as you and taking a protest stance, but White Tips got fairly dealt with for his actions.

How long have Bostons and Tassies been around? Waybacks have a premiership on average every 5.2 years, Souths every 5.16666, Not sure about B and T or MR, Mallee's every 2.54 years, Every club goes through seasons of hardship and unsuccess we have seen that recently with Bostons and to a lesser degree Tasmans. But when its your time you appreciate it, CU from 2001-2004 Souths where up there sitting pretty, 3 league grand finals, 1 flag, wasted opportunity? Maybe, or it could just be luck. Not sure about the 2001 GF result, but the following two were decided by 7 points both times, could have gone either way. Like i said earlier, Clubs will always endure seasons of hardship and success. You can't criticise clubs during those hard times, it all goes in a big circle mate!

Coyote U.

Mallee's have been outstanding on the field in its 28 years, some better than others obviously. But are you saying they haven't been as good off the field?? How is that?

I remember I went into their clubroom quiet a few years ago when it was the size of a toilet block literally.. I went back there two years ago, and the clubroom and facilities look great. I would of said they'd be up there with one of the more improved clubs, (thats if other clubs haven't changed in the last two years that is).

Bubbz not going to comment any further as my position doesn't allow it. However I will say I think you have read my comments correctly.

Interesting rumour circulating in football circles that a certain south high flyer has left the club
