I am with you URAIDLA is my tip for the flag , always lift come finals time.
Although Ironbank aren't my favourite club it would be great to see them make the five and have a real crack - rather than the usual big clubs making it each year.

Blackwood 11.10 d Ironbank 9.13 (9 point win to B'wood not 100% sure of score)
Lofty d Onkas according to earlier post no scores on Hills website

Another sleepless night for the big V, he must be getting close to cashing in his chips at Bridgy I reckon, he wouldn't like carrying the "loser tag" with his success in the business world! ;)

I also agree having seen all teams play... Uri's "when on" are definitely the best TEAM across the board with a mixture of pace & big bodies.

Interesting finish coming up for the Bankers, 3 games to go & 1 win plus % behind Onkas... we have 3 sides below us on the ladder to play & they have the 3 top sides in the run home.

I just seen that Bridgy are sitting 8th with 4 wins, are they happy with that compared to previous years? Has lynchie done a good job down there? Will they win a couple more by seasons end?

I also watched the mt barker v bridgewater game it was like they swaped gurnesys at half time. The first half was all mt barker 7-17 v 1-1 then the second half and maybe mt barker slowed a bit but bridgewater out scored them. Second half scores mt barker 4-2 v 5-0 if they play that footy more offen they mite win some games mt barker will win the flag to many good players not to

Just looking at the draw for the final 3 rnds. Appears that the winner of the Ironbank v hahndorf match this week will most likely finish in 5th spot & play finals? Winner of this game "should" win their last 3 & replace onkas in the 5 who would have to win 2 of there last 3 against Uraidla, Barker & Blackwood. Thoughts?

That's actually a good point, MR. Unless any of the top 3 rest players this late (can't see that happening), Onkas will NOT beat any of those teams and as I said about 2 months ago, look out for Ironbank.

The B grade is very very close too, the top 5 teams are set, but finals are no certainity.
Just looking at the draw, you would assume that Barker, Ironbank and Blackwood wont drop a game in the last 3. So the Uraidla-Lofty game in the final round could decide everything.

I can't see Lofty dropping a game (I assume you mean in the B's) other than perhaps vs Uraidla. Lofty should account for Birdwood and hahndorf and that would be enough for a top 3, especially with some ins this week and the older heads that ran around last week, they could be tough to beat. In any case, it'll be a pretty nuts B grade finals! I think the top 5 have all beaten each other at this stage, or at least beaten 3 of the other top 5?

Do we have a reason?
The Raiders seemed to be on the right track.

Refer back to preseason posts when we heard he was appointed to Bridgewater perhaps without a reference check from Onkas.

Tips!

Onkas v Uris -Uraidla to sail through this, 11 goals.
Birdwood v Lofty - A few ins for Lofty should mean they get home by 7 goals.
Bridgey v Blackwood - Blackwood by heaps, 12 goals.
Lobey v Mt barker - The Roos by more goals than there are players.
Ironbank v Hahndorf - I have to stand by my thoughts that I/B have to be watched carefully, but Hahndorf will give this a shake and there won't be much in it at all, withthe loser probably missing the finals. I/B by 5 points.
