Onkas vs Birdwood: Onkas by 8 goals, too much to play for.
Blackwood vs hahndorf: Maggies are THAT close to losing touch of finals. Blackwood just too good, by 7 goals.
Raiders vs Uraidla: The Cabbage by 13 goals.
I'bank vs Mt Barker: I'bank confuse me. 2 weeks ago, I would have given them a shot. And without their association players, Barker by 6 goals.
Lobie vs Mt Lofty: devs will like the space of lobethal but aren't kicking massive scores, will do enough to win by 40 points.

The super B's kicked 12-28 last week. That's massive!

vaughan tips
onkaparinga vs birdwood - dogs by 5 goals at the kennel
blackwood vs hahndorf - blackwood by 10 goals
bridgewater vs uraidla districts - i have a feeling the RAIDERS will get the result. BRFC by 3 goals at THE FORTRESS in a famous victory for the club.
ironbankvs mount barker - mount barker by 10 goals
lobethal vs mount lofty - lofty to win by a lot.

cant wait to soak up the atmosphere at THE FORTRESS tomorrow. hopefully catch up with a few of the old heads from out uraidla way. just hope there are no heated moments in the days play because my son will not be there this week (singapore on business).

RAIDERS till I DIE!!!

have herd that birdwood rolled onkas by 5 goals also that ironbank won the b grade by 8 goals to take home the courier cup :D

Birdwood seem to be fighting tooth and nail for every point they can get well done to them this should throw some more fuel on the fire with the relegation debate :D

Just spotted the Uraidla v Bridgey result and reckon Vaughan could be in a "distressed state".
Please lock up all sharp instruments and ropes in case he slips further into football depression and decides his 'fortress' is not so secure after all! ;)

Anyone at the birdwood v onkas game? Would've been a desperate game of footy i reckon, onkas playing for a finals spot and birdwood trying to avoid relegation. Where birdwood that good or where onkas that bad? Full credit to birdwood but i thought onkas would've had more to play for to let this one slip, even without Shee and Smith. Obviously birdwood were more desperate.

I wonder if vaughan got a phone call at about 5 o clock yesterday calling him away on an urgent buisness trip that could have him away for a few weeks.

hahaha, devel, you maybe watching a few to many movies. Don't think there are to many clubs around that would a take a payment to chuck a match. I had heard that onkas were enlisting the help of a former star ruckman whom retired young for reaccuring injury reasons. It would appear that it was a bunch of baloney as it did not happen.

Classic!
Onkas must really miss those 2 big names, weren't they out when they had a few rough games earlier in the year?
MASSIVE win for uris, Lofty barely taking care of Lobey and Onkas going down. Looks like a 3-horse race.

Heard rumours from the fortress that Uri played un-registered players and the umpires cheated and they were the only reasons the mighty Raiders went down!!!

I understand Vaughan is investigating the chances of an appeal or rematch.

I think Saturday proved a couple of things for me.

1. Birdwood A grade is starting to really play as a unit. The way we threw the ball around and worked for each other was the best i've seen in 4 years.
2. Chris Shee is one of the most important players in the HFL. His workrate and strength is incredible and i'd put him up agaist Nunan as the best couple of players in the HFL.
