The Second semi finals at Balhanah on Saturday in Central:

Junior Colts Mt Barker v Ironbank Hard to see Mt barker loosing
Senior Colts Blackwood v Ironbank I pick Ironbank after watching them last week
B's Mt Lofty v Mt Barker Mt Lofty is my tip
A's Mt Lofty v Uraidla If its dry I reckon Uraidla with its tall timber up front

thats a start

No One ever picks lofty and yet Uraidla haven't beaten them yet? Tall timber aren't worth much when its played on a massive deck in the rain.

Inside50 - pretty accurate call with the Maggies.
The day out at Uris was PERFECT last time, yet Lofty ran all over Uris in the end.
I pick the same to happen tomorrow.
And Lofty in the B's, same thing.
Would comment on the juniors if I had seen em play, so won't waste space with unfounded picks.
Looking forward to some great footy.

Can't say I'm losing too much sleep over Meadows getting rolled.

To Dale
I am a member of the HFC and am embarrassed by the cr$p that you have written on this forum. Pull your head in.

Good luck to the remaining teams in the finals and well done to the mail medal winners and also to MLFC for winning the club shield. To come from where you have in a couple of years is a fantastic effort and all should be congratulated.

Don't mess with Uncle Owen. He will beat you down!
Remember he is the man with the plan.

Looking forward to a massive w/e with some cracking games!

BTW Will the Hawthorndene Hamsters enter the Central Division and will they be contenders in their first year?

By my count Adam Klun wouldn't have played his first game for Onkas 'til 3rd of June at the earliest, so for him to have won the mail medal is some kind of achievement. Was playing awesome football for the double blues in 2002 until his untimely knee injury. Know that Onkas enquired about him at the start of the season as well.

As for John Horsnell, who someone alluded to a few pages back, he was one of the fittest 40+ year olds I ever came across and he did play for us as well as coach in 2000 and 2001. Know there was an attitude at the club that he wasn't tough enough but that was bull**it, if you couldn't play football for someone like horse, you couldn't play for anyone.

DALE, if you really are who you say you are, I will not ridicule you but I will ask - are you old enough to put yourself up for it this year? AMsurprised you weren't looked at in the seniors during the year.

I know you guys are going to get stuck into me about this but seriously this is a forum where people can talk about what ever they want whether they be old young like MLFC, i copped abuse from devilsadvocate for telling MLFC to let the big boys play which was partly a joke and now you do the same thing, cant you blokes have the decency to accept that he wants to air his opinion and tell us about how it worked back then, some of us care about his comments, instead of your 1 eyed support for Mt Lofty, let other people talk about there clubs as well.. send the abuse my way instead, im the one whose been firing you boys up not him.

Anyone tell me if I am mistaken, but I heard from a reliable source that Bridgewater is facing extinction? Nearly bankrupt. It would be sad to see them go... they are handy for a percentage booster twice a year.

Stayed to watch the first quarter of this one after watching the Bloods go down to Torrens Valley by 4 goals in the B's. Looked to be a high standard clash but to be honest it looked like Torrens Valley were going to have it in the bag going on the first quarter action. Credit to Kersbrook for their determined performance.

I have been reading threw this site and the general consensus is that Pucker Richards is a great player and a great bloke, even you lofty lads said so. So why did Gordon smash him in the face? Now i know the devils would never do anything wrong, must have been Puckers fault.
