Yeah I've heard there's a big struggle for numbers in the colts. A lot of colts teams don't get the players out until the week before the season starts which doesn't help.
Can't see Wunkar folding though. I know they're struggling for numbers, but folding would be a bit drastic.

What'd you think of Renmark's effort against Moonta, Slapsy?

Havnt heard a result and wasnt at game but having played in both leagues and having my partners brother as a committee member of Moonta I would hope we would have won comfortably if numbers were available as Moonta were bottom last year and havnt recruited well and have lost a few.
Renmark would be looking for improvement with the JP and Jacko show coming to town. They have been very low profile and would think they are working overtime behind the scenes. I would think they will be top 3.
Did renmark have any new recruits playing BG? That information is being well guarded at the footy club at present.

They lost, but should've won. Just some errant kicking for goal went against them.
Was very impressed with Trevor Thorpe and Jaryd Rowe. Young Zac Gartery is going to be a gun to watch in the ruck this year too.
One of their new recruits, Shane Walker I think, looked a handy pick-up.
Another one was injured during the game. Hopefully not too serious.

After the 3.5 hr bus trip from Mallala to Paruna (don't ask me why the **** they made Mallala travel another 40kms out of town to play them), Loxton won the As by 3-4 goal after kicking the first 4 of the game. Both teams were missing plenty by all accounts, Mallala had a dozen regular A graders unavailable and Loxton also had quite a few out playing cricket apparently. Was a good hit out for both teams.

Cricket GF was meant to be played at loxton but I think they had a watering issue and the match was shifted to Berri at the last minute.

I dunno. He can jump though.
Has Berri got a ruckman this season?

He can do everything. But I don't think he will be rucking.

North were very hopeful of getting him though, given he's building out that way. Would have been a good pick-up for the Panthers.
