Greeny also played a lot of junior footy with Moorook where his father played in the A grade.
I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down.

A lot of talk about the great man, Greeny. But it is all speculation as he has to be cleared by Freeling first!!

Definitely. I played against him that year - 98. A very precocious talent.
The Whillas was at the Loxton Sporting Club that year.
Might well have been the last one before moving to Berri.

On a totally un-related topic, Rhys Stanley has signed a new contract for three years at the Saints. Scott Waters taking over as coach has definately seen new and more attacking tactics from the Saints which has suited Rhys well before injuring his hamstring.

I thought Lizard won it in 98. Griffo 99? Struth, memory's fading.
You could be right about 99 being there actually, now I think about it.

Lister won it 98 and Griffiths won his third medal in 99.

Mal Greenwood best first year player in 1998 with BM and then won the medal in 2003 with Loxton.

Greenwood confirmed for Barmera, in what was seemingly a very big surprise for the Roos.

Can confirm that the Freeling Football Club have cleared one Mal Greenwood to the Barmera Monash Football Club. Good luck to Grenny the footballer!

So how was Mal's comeback to the RFL? I see he snagged a couple goals, did they use him primarily up forward?

Sorry to hear it, big fella.
I'm sure there'll be a turn around.
All Independent clubs go through it at some point.

I'll get shot down for saying this, but I think it's time the Independents folded.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.
