Whatever Special K. Last time I checked, this thread was called Hills Football League and every week the Hills Football League plays games in the U 14, U 17, B and A Grade.

Massive effort by the Devils Junior colts to make the finals. Will be a better team for it next year.

On coaching next year I have heard that Barnaby French has always insisted that he would like to come back and coach Ironbank when he finished up in the AFL.

im quite a big fan of meadows atm! lol they r doing very very well at colts level and will definantly have some up and coming talent over the next few years!!

Who's trying to be a moderator you ballbag? Weren't you the one calling for A Grade posts only?

I'm commenting on the Devils a lot for 2 reasons:

1. That's the team I follow and know the most about - I'm not going to comment on things I know nothing about
2. The Devils are playing finals, your teams aren't anymore - except your U14's but you don't want to talk about them!

Don't start fights you can't finish.

Your trying to be a moderator, you are so biassedits not funny, stop and have a think about what your saying you dill atleast think about different peoples oppinions will you instead of your Mt Lofty oppinion. your the only Mt Lofty person on this site who rabbles on about lofty 24/7 the others have the decency to talk about another club. specialK, advocate has a point mate, youre the one telling people what they can talk about. if u dont like what people are talking about then dont respond. the site is hills footy, and last time i checked u14's are part of hills footy, as are u17's and the b grade. if u want to talk about a grade only then start a new site. if ur willing to listen to other peoples views on the whole league then please stay and comment. its good to have other clubs responses.

anyone know where the 1st semi is being played (onkas/blackwood)? probably at hahndorf id say. im assuming lobe has the GF again, and so it should..

I'm not going to talk about other clubs because I don't know everything that goes on there, and I don't want to talk crap about them.

A forum is all about airing your opinion on something you have knowledge on. My knowledge is on the Mt Lofty footy club, so that's what I comment on. But given that seems to annoy you, why dont you go and start a new thread on non Mt Lofty Central Hills A Grade teams, and see how you go. That will relieve this thread of both its peanuts - you and Silky!

I play B Grade because of numerous serious injuries - something you know nothing about because you've never got a hard ball in your life princess. For the record, I've played A Grade.

Getting back on topic....I think bringing Meadows into Central would be great for the comp. Strong colts, potential in their senior grades, good facilities, and an awesome deck for footy.

Yeah 1 or 2 charity games. I am good mates with a few lofty lads but you sir are a absolute spanner, i think you should put yourself in on the Mount lofty website, you know in your devils advocate column

i reckon blackwood are a real chance to take this. they are going in to the game as an under dog and could quite easily cause an upset. no team in the finals imho is out of the flag chase! they were the big thing last year and seem to be pulling it together at the right time.

with regards to meadows going up i would love to see it happen. meadows is a very nice ground to play on i havent played there for some years but it was a very firm and i thoguht the facilities were also very good. Kersbrook oval is my favourite, i like how the car platforml is elevated above the rest of the field.

Under 17s Mail Medal held last night. Won by Delawyer from Blackwod. followed by Flahery (Ironbank), Pope (Blackwood), Thomas (Ironbank) and Maslin (Mt Lofty).

Any one know the results from the 14s??

I remember Jaensch he hit a ton and a 50 in the finals, but White Higgs? No idea who they are???..?? Its hard to say if they will hang around though, people do different things they want to spend more time with there friends, business opportunities, UNI studies and what not its to early to call whether they will stay around.
