No rig out from the shadow. His sister was sitting on the Berri bench, what a rig that is.

Few Berri lads applied harder tags on the bench than they did on the field.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Whats everyones take on the season so far? Pretty good game I hear at Waikerie Saturday. Shaping up to be a real close season in my opinion, Berri looking pretty good with the addition of Hankin.

So, who's the ruckman that Berri are chasing from town to possibly be signed up soon?

Aaron Gepp from Hamilton in the Western Border League.... Still Playing for Hamilton ATM, hasn't figured in the best players this year but did get in the Best Last year in 10 games.....
Honest footballer, tries hard all day, will be a handy acquistion for Berri if he does get here....

Another big weekend of football. Berri and Barmera-Monash are the form teams at the moment
but can they keep that form going?

I think it's fair to say the Riverland Weekly has taken over the Pioneer in leaps and bounds when it comes to the previews of Riverland Football matches. A 1/3 page preview by the Murray Pioneer on RFL and Independent games combined is ridiculous. Can I suggest you get rid of Hangers and Clangers and dedicate that 1/3 page to the footballl preview. 7 reasons why State of Origin is dead?? Are you for real?? Leave that to the Advertiser who cover AFL.
