think we went down by around 5 or 6 goals tips, don't know scores, didn't see it, still recovering from eags show! our best player - hazelgrove will be out for awhile with a bad ankle. bad news for us.

Chris Prime 9-1 def Waybacks 8-4 def Tumby Bay 6-2..... :(

Seriously though, a good hit out against a pretty experienced and settled team. Can't be really happy with a 7 goal loss, but with the number of new faces in the team we were not devastated.
Tumby used great system, with a VERY organised midfield and great run from defence. Having Chris Prime at FF makes the play book a bit easier to execute. I was very impressed with TB, and thanks to the TBFC for making us welcome and looking after us.

You were more than competative bluestheboy and should have a good season. It was a good hit out for us with plenty of rotations, thank god!!!

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Cougars will struggle without HAZLEGROVE in their team, he’s a great centre half back, expect parks to kick 10 goals in the match this weekend against them.
Having cougers first up is a good draw HS.

Noticed a T Weetra in the goal kickers for South Whyalla. Is this Troy that played for LS last year, and if so, WTF is left at LS.......
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

We have lost a few and are no doubt going through a rebuilding stage.
With Richter (FF) and Weetra (CHF) gone we will have our work cut out up forward. Hopefully Phil Cummings and young Stoetzer (broken hand at this stage, should be right after Mortlock) can step up.....
The Kidney boys.... North, Wake, Dunn and Roooster will be an honest midfield.
Abel is the big loss, he was the one player that you could build a young team around IMHO..... Jarvis will have to go round just to add some height back there. Ben Hogan will be back at some stage and can play a role up forward.
Looking forward to seeing the young kids come through and improve over the season and maybe we cause an upset or two along the way.
I have no doubt with Bryant at the helm the young side will play spirited football and can start looking forward climbing the ladder in years to come.

Panther, Just wondering how Marshy and Arbon are shaping up? Are they going to make the 1's at this stage?
