I think he was cleared to Encounter Bay about 5 weeks ago.

was happy not to give ports ther first win for a couple of years though! i was dreading to hear panthers comments if that had happened!!
this was a clever ploy from the eyre united farm growers association to organise this trial match against the weakest team available on the EP (now that Bostons are big improvers, possible due to their early training regime) to pump some confidence into the boys! \:D/

HS nothing more than a glorified b grader.....at best too by the way! Taking a couple "uncontested" soft marks behind the play shouldn't constitute selection for any rep side!

bluestheboy who's going to stand the tractor this weekend? i heard a rumour rossco is the only one at the club in his weight division and may have to pull the guernsey on! Rossco's pace could trouble the tractor with his explosive long dashes out of defense...this could worry the big tractor and should be the difference in the matchup! :axe:

ohhh leo.. good to have you back! yep yep your right! pretty much everything you said is spot on!! why would i want a hard game that we might get belted at and damage the spirits of the boys, or show how b grade i am ,i couldnt even get my easy marks on sat!! you should be on our comittee with thinking like that. i recon tractor would be able to keep up to rossco though!! so your a bit of the money there!

Clive Palmer has a very good record on Tractor so he comes under consideration. Don't think we will get too stressed about match ups this week...just worry about things we have some control over.

Primey played mostly at CHB last year in the trial against Kimba so he could run around a bit and find some fitness and I doubt Coady will play much in the ruck in a trial - expect younger legs of Jamesy and Stu Richardson to get that role for most of the day. I'd say Coady will be looking to bag a few from a forward pocket!
Power on!

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Plays for North Haven now.
He was keyed in for bigger things.

I saw him play the first year I was here, he was awesome, he was touted as an AFL draftee back then but injuries have runied that by your comment.

Haven't heard much and you don't really know until it starts but Westies and Blues will be the front runners, Koonibba and Thevenard have lost players from what I've heard and will struggle.

What didnt he screw up? Edmonds returns to the club and will not step a foot in the backlines.
Hussler is correct for once.

Im always correct!

But no mention of Marshy and he stood out like dogs balls!
and Mick Franklin injured? i dont think so
Maybe Blue should ask some questions instead of turning up to a TRIAL game and assuming thats where players will be.

I didn't think it was too far off the mark. Tom did play on a back flank the first two quarters when the A side was on.
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

It was only T07 that mentioned Tom and he knows nothing anyway. Tom played quite well back there and given the number of forwards we have could fill a spot in defence quite well.
