Wouldn't mind the odds on Clements to win Ports B&F, he was the only guy for that club to play an A Grade standard....

thats a b grade comment from a b grade footballer.
travis bates was ports best player from a country mile. you need to remmeber clements was only standing me! if he was gonna try and change the result of the game , ports would have put him onto parker early!! it was obvious that he was gonna have a day out with the way the ball was comin in!!
WT left himself out of those stand out players mentioned as well!! a few of those port kids would be a little sore thanks to him!

Have also heard this AG. I currently play at Kilburn with him this year and he has been quite impressive during the trial matches and looks very fit and set for a good season...unlucky about the hamstring strain. He used to play for Lincoln South didn't he? They will be hoping he will come back home during the uni holidays to play for them.

Vinny is an amazing bloke. The state team he made is the C7 side for people with a disability. We were all shocked as we didn't know he had one. You could hardly ever tell from the way he plays football. Inspiration to everyone.

Where did Batesy play HS ?? CHF ? He has got a good grab on him and good size, his strength would allow him to play a key position.

Thought the Tigers looked ok but hard to guage with the lack of quality in the opposition. Had some good passages of play here and there with some nice linking out of the backlines with handball. We know how Marty wants us to play it's now just a matter of getting the brain to do it instictively. Watho (CHB) and Eski (BP) in the backlines was a luxury, both reading the play very well down there and with Marsh (centre)/Sunny (ruck) more than competent in the centre they could be there all year, having pinch hits on the ball to keep the legs intact.

Mallee got a lot of ball but needs to bring others into the play, Joel the same. For some reason they think it's all about kicking goals and this is what you are judged on. Marty will be hard on them in this regard and if they listen the team can improve again. Duane Myer was lively all night with good decision making and Woody showed he will improve again this year.

Good signs but with MR, MP & W all sure to be strong we'll need to keep getting better. Good signs for the reserves as well with the depth at the club now not too bad!!

rubbish me all you like, when you have achieved what I have for this club then I will listen.
This year we have the right mix and can seriously challenge for the flag. You are right panther we had some good passages and showed good signs. Our game plan to get numbers back and then fast break forward through Miller Harvey and co will work.
I am aware we have spent some money this season but I doubt we have gone overboard where our future is in doubt. A definate outsiders comment that!

Round 1 is getting close bluestheboy!

Any decent club person would not be giving away a game plan on any forum.
Not that this is our game plan! Sounds more like a basketball game plan. Maybe you were at the wrong game?

Be sure to let me know how Basco from Elliston goes against Coady in the ruck. Met him down Sharky's Friday night and he was talking himself up pretty well, apparently this Coad bloke is over rated according to him........

Caught up with former Ceduna lad Joseph Milera on the weekend.
Poor bloke's shoulders are shot, reckons he can't tackle anymore.
Plays for North Haven now.
He was keyed in for bigger things.

Basco aka "the showstopper"...
Would have been all tongue in cheek. We were telling him on Friday how good the guy(coad) is, so Basco would be building himself up for the challenge.
