Last I heard Tumby were confident he was close to signing with them.....

Waybacks would need to have worked out a way to speak with him considering he was on the untouchables list and this had them, MR & Bostons shying away earlier in the year!!
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

That is news to us. I have heard that LSFC put a letter in a week ago to speak to him. If he is an 'untouchable' then GFFL would be the only alternative.

Any truth that there has been a high profile departure from tigerland recently???

I Think Tasmans are playing Cleve today in Lincoln.
I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down.

WCP still as dangerous as ever... rises to the occasion of a ute load of boys drinking beer sledging like only a true preformer would!! was good to put a face to j harvey. tigers looked good.. mind you yellana looked terrible!
still cant understand why that whole western side cant be opened up and allow cars to park there!! it looks terrible and lifeless on that side!! and everyone is cramming in !! obviously whoever is pulling the strings out there is to involved with hockey cause they have no idea how to set up an oval for footy and the spectators.
the lights are great!

Maybe next year we could have a crack at EU hs?

I agree totally with you on the oval situation, looks better with the fence and the pavers around the changerooms but that scoreboard what a crock! i have no idea what the score was except we won easy and we kicked as many points as goals!

Ended up in Ungarra on satty, watching Ports vs Eyre United....
Wouldn't mind the odds on Clements to win Ports B&F, he was the only guy for that club to play an A Grade standard....

sas - what about the coach stratford?? has played mortlock! what about the guy with the blue boots?? a formal mail medal winner i beleive, and their center half forward??? think you must;ve been smashing down those draft cans a little to fast!!! i would love to hear you tell them that clements from lincoln is the only guy to play a grade standard in that team!! sure it would go down a treat!!

in saying that that ports had a bit of hype about them for their 100th year, but they just had to many kids playing, not sure how many were out from the team which will start the season but they have a fair bit of improving to do.

a. castley 5 goals from back flank, m. parker 4 goals from 3 quaters on a half forward flank were the clear standouts for us.
