I think a change in plans. Depends on interviews yesterday but sources close to the yetti cave suggest that Golding may still have strong coaching aspirations.

Flagstaff Hill have 1-25 in each grade. For established players the club orders their size when re-ordering sets. If a guernsey number becomes 'available' players can ask the Team Manager for it, but really it just depends on what number is available in a size that fits them for the new players to the team.
