Agreed SL. Absolute champion bloke and it would've been a real shame if he didn't win one at some stage.
Hopefully he can drag us over the line for another medal this weekend.

x2. brilliant footballer, great bloke and ive said numerous times that he is 1 bloke in our comp that deserves a medal

This was always going to be Rod's last year. He is going to spend a bit of time next year watching Dave in town.

Firstly, I agree that Schulz did not have a large impact on the first semi on the weekend but are we forgetting that Braun is a quality player and does the job each week on dominant forwards. Toby has a fair few mates in town at various SANFL clubs so I'm sure that will have a lot more of an impact on where he plays next year instead of $$$. High profile players coming to the RFL evidently are expected to perform, midway during the season this can be difficult, especially being a forward.

On sunday Berri were torn apart by Bratton, again relying on saf and beachy to do everything. Saf showed hes still a gun by stopping Bachmann from also having little Impact both in the midfield and forward. On Toby again, he has played good league football, I'd still say he can play....when he's not injured as he was on the weekend.

I think Barmera are gone, Waikerie for the flag! unless Dillon Millard, Selfe and any other midfielder in that team can make an effective kick and allow Puecker to have any chance at taking a mark.

Barmera will be gone if they don't play accountable footy,to many blokes like running forward but are lazy going back the otherway

My opinion means nothing, but I think Waikerie will win the flag. It was also a pleasant change to sit near the coaches box on Sunday and not have to listen to feral opposition supporters all game taking cheap personal pot shots. That's probably why I respect Waikerie. They don't carry on like morons like another team's supporters who are still in the finals. After listening to North's supporters in the last game against us having a go at a guy who is a bit retarded and mocking him all game, it made me sick. They were a disgrace. So much so, I will be barracking for Barmera if they make the GF and I will be front and centre in the Loxton North shed barracking for them too.

I don't even class him as a waikerie supporter. He's just a blow in who went to waikerie because everyone in Barmera hates his guts.

If that were the case, that's very sad.
Disappointing. I'm sure officials of said club read this thread and may take that on board.
Just like it would be a disgrace if opposition fans laughed at Scotty Stats King who attends the games of the club you are discussing.

Is that that same Scotty who lined up with the Berri players for the National Anthem before last year's Grand Final?? That was gold.

By the way, BC, you're quick to forgive Waikerie aren't you?
After all, it was a member of theirs who put a certain photo on FB, which found its way here and you wanted desperately removed. You were very peeved about it, as I recall. ;)
All fun and games, all fun and games.

Waikerie to win today.
Roos to win the B grade.

I understand Waikerie's 13s already lost. How'd 15s and colts go?

In the Independents, I want Paringa to win, there's some good blokes there who I have a lot of time for. For some reason though, I reckon Lyrup will get over the line.
