What's going on with Matty Oliver this season????

He kicked the ton last year I think it was, and only seems to be goin in 2nd gear this year??

Is he carrying an injury??? No Preseason??? Bad delivery???

He's a bit of a freak from what I've heard.

FYI you Rovers... those of you that had the privelidge of meeting the IB coach on a pre-season trip this year may have thougt he was a bit of a larrikin! There is also a serious side to the man, the mtyh, the legend.... the following was posted on the Hills thread (this one's for you Buckers!)

What a tough gig this coaching caper can turn out to be sometimes. Hours of preparation & planning during the week, then come match day the frenetic nature of duty consumes you that much you forget those little 1% ers…

Like topping up your pre-pay phone & petrol tank in your vehicle, so that when your car spits & farts in the back roads of the Adelaide Hills 10km from home late at night, you can call for help...

Unless of course; it is a nice night for a leisurely stroll from Ironbank to Morphett Vale?

DX… You Idiot!

Hey Barry, which 350th post are you most of fond of there mate? Looks like The Cougar has displayed superior IT skills & can also hack SA footy servers in his spare time! Is there anything beyond this great man???

Interested to know how Buckers is coping, troops going down like flies @ Roverland... Hopefully just getting it all out the way early for a good crack @ September.

DW - I have just been advised on what the 'Hanger & A Clanger is'. Any chance the related post may get to print? I know the gentleman involved is more than happy to elevate his profile in the Riverland area due to some of his poor showings in person, this might just do it... can only help the man surely!

And no it wasn't him roaming around aimlessly in the fog, that car was fully fuelled up when parked in the trees and I believe he was found with fully charged & operable mobile phone also...

The big fella is going okay. Certainly hasn't reached the heights he did earlier in the season but still going strong.
Lost one player to a broken neck and another to a hamstring on the weekend, but will hopefully regain a former player for next week.
There is always a chance that it could make H&C, but you shouldn't be asking DW....

Well BD I believe Buckers is in the know re: the humerous shenanigans of his older, much older looking wingnut bro & trust he will follow through with any leads that could expose the dopey antics of senior X to Rovers fans that may get a giggle out of it...

I'll leave it at that as we got flogged on the track last night & can see some 'personal' penalties coming my way from this (but couldn't resist of course)... 8)

hey big dog. ash montgomery has been rucking a fair bit for loxton the last few matches and doing very well. so he might be a handy back up ruckman. and of course there's dymott.
