And we are more than happy for people in those leagues to join in the banter and let us know what is happening in their neck of the woods. Player movements etc from up North would be great.

I know a lot of people are readers, but not posters from up that way, that is not our fault BOH.....

except for hockey...

their is more to the E.P. than port lincoln. you have good compatition in footy and cricket in north and west of E.P.

Well give us something to talk about. Not a bowler by any chance ?

well the kimba boys in the hendy shield not bad for a town that has been hit hard by drought. the cowell lads in the footy going back to back first time in the clubs history again in an area that has been hit with drought. no im not a bowler. not really a bats man or fielder either just love my sport.

Kade Dufek was confirmed as going to UY a couple of months ago now. Very good footballer and will help them no doubt.

Speaking to a senior MR figure he believes they will be slow starters this year with several key players not coming out till after Mortlock. He thinks if they can get 3 wins from the first 5 games they will be more than happy!!

Tigers had a two hour session last night, Joel Harvey finally got through the whole lot and looked good. A fit JH will go a long way towards helping us go that bit deeper into September (if we get there)

Anyone know any trial game details yet.

Marty wants us to travel this year to use it as a bonding exercise as well.

We were hoping to play EU on the 29th but they would have only been training for a week :D

With 60 kgs, but still a far easier race.

The open sprint will be a tricky little affair. Export Power ran the same time as the BP the other day but drops 4 kgs while BP goes up 2. EB was unlucky in the straight, and given a clear run would have probably beaten BP. I am hoping that the Risk will start in this to put some early pressure on EP altho TWSB will probably go forward.

We have had some great small players over the years play on eyre peninsula. who from your club or any club did you like and admire that did well for the size of them.
my favourite would have been Ian Beeby but modern day Matt Goodwin or red haired montgomerie from mid west

Maxy McCullum was a great back pocket, half blank flanker for a small man.

Alex Glass used to go alright for a midget as well!!
