Good luck to Toby and the Dees!

Loxton North isn't spending much money on their recruits. A little bit, but nowhere near what might have been spent by premiership clubs over the past few years.
But I'm guessing your troll post wasn't so much aimed at North, OS.
Also, Woolly said you could ring him to discuss North's spending. He's happy to have a chat ;)

What are they paying Franks with? Other than compliments. Or is the whole team funded with Pyap mandarins?
They cut Perry so at least that would free up some cash in the budget.

It's Barry Arnold's business. He's handing out mandis left, right and centre.
When will it end?

It must end eventually... there seems to be an issue with mandarins getting stolen.

Pyap Produce’s Tim Arnold said ...“ said he cannot believe people continue to take fruit without paying."

“You’d really think most people are honest enough to put some money in a tin.”

“This year, just at the start of the season, we had a bunch of fruit taken,” Mr Arnold said.

"How are we expected to pay our players, there isnt enough money in the tin'" Arnold said in disbelief.

Have heard this also, any barmera blokes able to give an update? A move to Waikerie could give them the edge needed to knock them off

Something like this:

"Wow, the oval looks like it needs underground drippers."
"Yep."

The council have been down the oval all day fixing the surface should be up to standard, the question has to be asked why would you install a watering system in the middle of winter, this is going to happen at Berri also from what i have heard :?

Why wouldn`t they have waited till Barmera had an away game and a week off to give the ground a few weeks to settle down.Without seeing the condition of the ground I hope no one gets a serious injury tomorrow. It may be an expensive exercise for the council .With Waikerie needing to win I`m sure it will be a cracking game.

I'm sure it will be all okay.
This has been happening for two or three weeks. And the ground didn't look all that ripped up.

It has taken almost three weeks to install the whole system which has been during two away games and the inter league game. I believe an inspection was to be done today if it was okay to play on but the main thing I noticed (on thursday) is where the small trenches are accross the ground for the piping it is VERY dry but the ground shouldn't move too much. The council has sheduled for the Berri oval to have their drippers installed during the summer which will interfere with the cricket season.
