I'd consider you a shit stirrer.

We are playing country footy and to be quite honest your age holds no relevance to me be it young or old. If you are fit and can play that is what counts.

In the Sunraysia League their was a guy called Tony Hickey that would be considered one of country footy's best players and he was still playing very good Football right up until retirement at about 37 or so.

Also players like Bradley, Harvey etc played brilliant footy at the back end of their careers and clearly our league is not AFL so i'm pretty sure a bloke in good condition with proven ability on the wrong side of 30 could hold down a spot in most teams.
I'm no leader. I do what I have to do - sometimes people come with me.

Birdwood haven't a hope in hell of getting anywhere near Hahndorf, but I might add not many other teams will either! They sure looked very strong a couple of weeks ago.

Did Ben Gordon play for Mt Lofty against Blackwood? Noticed there were no goals to his name.

Onkas vs Mt Lofty - Mt Lofty by 8 goals
Ironbank vs Bridgewater - Bridgewater by 3 goals
Birdwood vs Hahndorf - Hahndorf by 9 goals
Lobethal vs Uraidla - Uraidla by 18 goals
Blackwood vs Mt Barker - Blackwood by 8 goals

Onkas V Lofty - Will be interesting to see where Onkas are at against a top side. Win against raiders in Round 1 was a good start for dogs, but Lofty have far more 'front line' players to cover. Lofty to have too much run. Midfield battle will be good to watch. Lofty by 10 goals but final margin very much depended on how effective Klun, Smart etc are for dogs in midfield. Shee needs to kick 6+ as well if dogs have any chance.
Ironbank V Raiders - Both sides coming off a loss. Ironbank play well at home, however Bridgewater also used to the small confines. Think Raiders may get up on the back of their new recruits, although Ironbank a young side and will put up a good fight until the end. Raiders by 2 goals.
Birdwood v Hahndorf - Roosters were very competitive against Uraidla in round 1 but could not hold on for full 4 quarters. Although they are at home, think this may again be the problem. Just too many good players in Hahndorf's line-up to cover all game. Per forum Bishop and Wyld back in after the break maybe? so even more height for the pies. Hahndorf by 10 goals.
Lobethal V Uraidla - A few injuries for tigers from round 1 which won't help the cause. Although week off may have been useful in getting injured players over the line. Uraidla too much skill and experience for developing tigers to cover. Uraidla 14 goals.
Blackwood V Mt Barker - Potentially match of the round? Last years runners up v 4th. Roos coming off a big win against Lobethal, but no doubt aware that Blackwood at home is a major challenge. Woods pushed Mt Lofty in Round 1 under lights. Predict Roos will give a good acccount of themsleves however think Blackwood by 4 goals, stretching roos in last quarter.

Think you will find Sheeba is playing full back this year so this is unlikely to happen.

A few questions and statements ?!?!?!
Steven Sziller... where is he being cleared from??
Sam Miles... will be lucky to get 7 sniffs at the pill.
and Saint, i'm pretty sure Shee kept Brad DeVries to about 5 touches at bridgy. Now i', unsure if Flash is lining up for the Devils or not, but he is a fair player that needs to be closely guarded. However if he is not i really doubt that Lynch will worry about wasting a good player like Shee on someone like Lockie Fleet... Lynch may consider putting his 12 month old child on Fleet.
