I had heard a whisper that he was going to Sydney, something about going to Micky O'loughin's footy academy, if true it might be a godsend for him on and off the footy field !

I have heard that Westies are looking into similar sort of things, to curb certain influences, for Travis.
Hadn't heard the Micky O story.
I believe it's fantastic if he does get that help.
Despite what the naysayers here say, he is a talent.
I do understand that there's a history outside of football that influences certain thoughts about him and that's fair enough too.

I honestly hope it works out for him.
As whatever the story is, you don't like to see talent washed away through circumstances.

He's only a teenager still BC.
I'd hate to write someone off so young.
We all make mistakes, some of them very bad.
Things can turn with the right guidance.
But, it may be last chance.

Not sure on other clubs, but Berri paid a maximum of $150.00 to their top contracted players this year.

Good to see young Zac Bates off overseas, looks likes he won't be playing to many games for Barmera in the future,it will be interesting to see how many other young Riverlanders will go and have a crack in town next year. Has anyone got any thoughts on who else should have a try out in the big smoke ?

I'd love to see Michael Scott have a try at Westies. He's a talent and as a footballer, reasonably mature for his age.
