that has all the processed clearances for the year, not sure when it was last updated though.

That is a great addition to the HFL site. Ignore all the speculation/rumours on here and go straight for the official clearances. Just had a look at Top 75 - does that include Juniors??? Some massive numbers of games in there. Kym Pearce not far off 700 games???

the only issue with the clearances on that site it doesnt show clearances that are being disputed or still awaiting outcome so i wouldnt ignore everything that is posted on here about ins and outs.... i know of one clearance that is heading to the tribunal in the next few days/weeks

think that only includes seniors games... i know darren "bots" houlahan chalked up his 450 senior games about 2 seasons ago if i recall.

It would definitely be junior games as well. As Brookers Jason 'Sprouter' Levett, Darren Hughes and Richie Tagg didn't/haven't chalked up 400 senior games. Not sure if 'Bots' Houlahan played his juniors at Bridgey, Mt.Barker or elsewhere.

Yeah the camp falls on the weekend between two trials, one against Modbury the other against Strath. Should be a good couple of hit outs for the devs. Who have other clubs got lined up for trials?

I find it interesting that Bridgewater are playing Echunga in a trial game, in previous years the club was always against playing a side in Country Div. I think the main reason being if they happened to go down to them it would bring up the arguement about them playing out of there league in Central if they can't beat a middle of the pack team from Country. Do hope Bridgewater can give them a pasting.

Bowen to Sturt but there is talk he won't last and might be back. Powell out.

Dunno about Ins, there are 1 or 2. I'm thinking they will be slightly weaker than last yr but not much.

All you AFL Dream Team enthusiasts out there in the HFL should have a squizz at this in depth analysis (and comical) video for the 2009 Dream Team by young Adelaide comedian Alex Williamson!

Have a look if your bored at work and you've exhausted all the porn sites!

No doubt Benson will be working OT to pick up a few, McCormick already locked away from reports. An ex AFL player or two on the cards per previous seasons maybe? Perhaps a Romano Negri or Randall Bone to cover for loss of Bowen??
Have also heard that a handful of A grade players have left, although not sure all were regulars in the A’s. Think a 3 or 4 have followed Silvey to Pultney or example & and a couple to other country clubs per clearance list on HFL website plus interstate and O/S movements. Still would have thought top 4 however.

Dont think you can judge too much on a trail game. Both teams will be trying things and for most of the players it will be the first time they have played together so will still be getting used to how each play. In saying that I think it will be a close game and the differnce is not too much these days.

Haha, indeed very amusing! better show that one around!

I couldn'et tell you where the bridgey echunga trial is, but i'd interested to see how these two sides go against each other. Would it be a fairly even contest? bearing in mind Echunga have a few new half decent recruits from what i hear.

He has signed with Bridgey. I believe Onkas have knocked back the clearence, however I thinkdue to signing with Bridgewater he cannot play for Onkas. So if they don't clear him he cannot play anywhere. I think thats how it works. He would win the clearence on appeal i would have thought

Big article on Bridgy in todays Courier with a photo of the new recruits. It would appear that Brad DeVries will not be returning to Onkas. I wasn't aware that his dad played for Bridgy. I wonder whether this was part of his decision to not return to Onkas. Round 1 (Onka v Bridgy) should be interesting

I'm worried about Onkas in 2009. Not getting a lot of positive vibes from the joint.

Pardon my ignorance but in what way do you mean it will be interesting?
