Why would the trainer make a complaint then.......and say that she was hit and hard...
it's just not on.......there was no reason why he had to turn around to go back and remonstrate, IMO the club has a duty of care to the officials.......they should not come under any threat from opposing players or officials......if a player is in the hands of the trainers or is noticably injured, under AFL law, is (and should be) protected from this sort of action................the Commission will decide and should hear it...........

The trainer was not touched by the Berri player. I was right in front of the incident and there was no contact made on the trainer by the Berri player at all.

So you are saying our trainer made all this up?????

Well i sure as hell know I'm not making it up.

BC something must have happened cause both trainers had a verbal exchange with pumpa after he bumped the Barmera player while he was in thier hands. it was stupid & uncalled for, he is lucky the play had transfered to the other end because if the umpires had of seen what he did he would have got his second yellow for the game and and automatic 1game suspension, remember that you can get sent off for some pretty minor things one is bumping a player over after the ball has been disposed off

hopefully the league does the right thing and doesnt fall for Barmera's trick. It is quite pathetic that they are doing this because if they had won on the weekend they wouldnt have even bothered going through with this. It is ridiculous and something so petty, that has turned into a big dibacle.

Yeah mate, was a great night.
Well organised and while it went a bit late, I never found myself looking at the time.

I heard it was a shocking night. Didn't half of the people there spend the night at the bar drinking and talking during all of the presentations? It's the Indy's biggest night of the year and they should make it more professional. Maybe introduce a dress code and get some decent guest speakers.
