I will give him his dues, Pearson was fantastic.
Pumpa copped a bit from supporters (yes, I was standing near them but not one of them).
However, he seemed a lot more disciplined than what we had been led to expect.
North again threaten but then skill errors let them down.

North's B grade won.
Berri colts up.

Looked for you on the sidelines but couldn't see you BC, still owe you a beer.

I thought about having a brew with you DW.
Decided to err on the side of caution and get the hell out of there

Fair enough too.
You looked nice, safe and sound where you were with John ;)

I've been on the end of a few bollockings over the years from that shed, so know what the Berri boys would have been hearing on the field. lol

The RFL's best players clash with KNTFL and the MFL in interleague matches this weekend.
Check out what RFL coach Brett Exelby and Independent coach 'Goof" Smith think about the matches.

Rhys Stanley named for debut with Saints on Sunday.
Named at CHF.

Be interesting to see if he plays CHF.
Surely that's a furphy - although Dermie went straight to CHF in his debut game which was a final in 82.

RFL squad as provided to the Pioneer today isn't exactly right.
Hawke is not playing and Ryan Proud is starting at full forward.
Josh Nelson is playing, starting on the bench, and I don't believe Kuhn is playing either.

Interleague casualty was Scott Pogorecki, looked to have hyper-extended his knee, ended the game on crutches.
On another note, Rhys Stanley presented well in his first game for the Saints.
A few more games under his belt and he will be an automatic selection.

that knee didnt look good I hope its not as bad as it seemed, RFL side would be dissapointed with the last 20 minutes when KNTL banged on 8 goals to blow it out - they have some big units down south. Good crowd at the lakeside.

Good to see our 18's give the KNFL lads a fair touch up too.
The highlight of the day for me was watching BC giving one of the KNFL lads sh#t as his shot on goal sailed through for a point only for it to land on top of BC's side mirror, knocking it clean off.
