Well he's pretty bloody slow I guess that's why he tries other tactics of slowing his opponents down

total agree, and his mate number 8 for jervois who king hit a mypo player from behind is nothing short of a coward(the pres (hill) should get rid off these type of players and try and keep jervois a clean

Geez its quiet on here lately, guess now that Mannum have failed to live up to expectation that all their supporters have gone back under their rocks.

3 interesting games this week

Mypo V Ramblers- Played at mypo and last time we played them there they won by abot 100 points  Cant see it happening this week however we seriously need to find a way to shut down Gene as the kid is a gun. I reckon the coach needs to sacrifice Kay onto him

Jervois V Mannum- An upset could be brewing if Jervois can get a full list on the park but my money is on Mannum coming out and winning by 5 or 6 goal. Something tells me it could be a physical encounter with Mannum trying to make a statement & Jervois trying to ruffle their feathers.

Meninge V Imps- Motlop sounds pretty confident that they are starting to get a good list on the park, and traditionally imps dont like this trip. I think the bears in an upset, if they can play as a team and stop worrying about their own egos.

Bad Call!! Joel Kay is not the right man to shut Gene down, you need an out and out tagger that isn't fussed if has 0 disposals at 5pm! Someone like a Sam Pfieffer that will keep up with pace and beat him in the air, just a little worried Sammy might commit to the contest and gene slip out the back.

But on the winners side I see it going

We was starting to look settled biff until training Thursday night, couple big outs and definately don't have the depth in the twos to cover them, however the boys are starting to believe in themselves and will give the blues a real crack.

Nothing to say about yesterdays game except that it was way over umpired.

That said, heard a rumour out there that Matt Kowald from Imps is pulling the boots on for Mypo after the association game. Handy pickup for them and once he gets his fitness up they will have a formidable forward line, if they didnt already have.

I'm sure the heirachy of Imps will be happy with that decision

Biffboy I dont think Imps supporters would be as worried about losing Kowald as your supporters would be about your senior coaching staff. I heard it was another poor performance again yesterday.

I can see where your coming from FTO, but in all honestly alot of yesterdays poor performance should come back on the players. The work rate just isnt there when it really needs to be in these tight games & the more experienced blokes have been around long enough they sholdnt need to be told whats going wrong.

I would personally love to see Gene have a crack in town but maybe he has left his run a little late, blokes a genius and even tho he was held pretty well he still bagged a lazy 5 yesterday

Funny to see the games being played over Kowald who isnt exactly a gun. Daishy might have to offer him a ride in the Chopper to stay

Gee this player of the year in the standard is a joke isn't it, ramblers where with the tigers all day yet mypo put themselves down as all 3, and gene wasn't even in the best players, isn't the first time this has happened on mypo home games either.

Probably because we all played pretty poorly, I don't think any Ramblers deserved to be in the top 3 with maybe the exception of Thommo
